That customer is a right so and so, iv'e never seen a ruder customer... The shopkeeper has some real confidence to deal with that difficult situation, I respect him for it. unfortunately there's always uneducated obnoxious idiots anywhere. hes probably got too much hot air, so hes taking out his anger on the shopkeeper which has nothing to do with the shopkeeper at all, it has to do with the customers problems. venting your anger on an innocent civilian, business or not is the worst way to handle anger. I think he needs to go on an anger management course, and at the same time be taught some manners.
