I was in 2 year long distance relationship with my ex. (We never meet in real)
It's been now 8 months since we had breakup. She has new Boyfriend now and i have no one ( literally no one no firends no family members who can understand my condition).
I know 8 month is a long time i should have made some progress in moving on but "sadly still i miss her everyday single fucking day" for hours and hours.
My love was pure for her. So its ok if it takes more time for me to move on , Actually i have been through a lot in life (family problems/bullying to extreme level etc..)
My childhood trauma's are so bad that i thank to god that i made through them.
But this girl gave me hope that everything will get fine. She will be always there for me. But she left me.
I have literally no point for living... but i don't know why but "there something within me that's doesn't want to give up no matter what's so ever happens"
I know i am still a boy (21 yeras old) but i will make sure that my (my future kids and partner) family doesn't have to go through from what i have been.

Uske liye , you have to bring in a sense of neutrality in yourself. what I mean by that is kii agar pain bhi feel ho rha hai, gracefully accept it and move on. Do not increase it. That's what real stoicism is. Isse ek baat aur hogi, you'll start respecting your time and energy. So, if you've felt the breakup, you have every right to feel the pain. But don't increase it, accept it gracefully and move on.. 6 months se zyada mt lo time breakup feel karne mein. And most Important, KAAM NHI RUKNA CHAHIYE.
