SA/SN/BM3 there 85-88. 44407, 44406, 36535, 30616 there were a couple of loaner 44's during that span when BMC Moody broke both of ours in the surf but I don't recall the hull numbers. Crossing the bar in the last wooden lifeboat in the guard (36535 - "Woody") was a little more difficult without the twin screws of the 44' or the quickness of the 30'. Would have been nice to have the power and speed of that 47'. I bet that was a blast. Thanks for posting......
Brought back some memories of when i was stationed there (2001-2003). Well done video. Thanks and stay safe out there! Cheers.
Great video. Thanks.
MK3, 44407 & 36535 1983-84. I was the 36535 engineer. I understand the 535 will be on display at the Coast Guard Museum?
