Bought a house with one of these recently installed. I called to tell them I was the new owner and to get some info. They sold me a $300 "diagnostic" that is supposed to be annual. You have to pay up front and I spent the next 3 months waiting... I had to call 3 times to follow up and finally a local guy calls me and says he can come out to do it. He was there for less than 15 minutes and said it was fine. Never got any paper work I was promised and so far I am not impressed at all. I don't think I'll be bothering PT again.
