That's acting for you. That whole routine between the three of them was classic improv.
They cannot take you into make-believe if they first don't engage in it themselves, even for a tiny compartmentalized portion of their present state of mind. So of course everyone played along and it came across nicely during the improv.
I was going to say the same. Its amazing how much actors can play pretend realistically ... I mean that basically is what acting is :)

Ебала Катала he said “we interrupt this anecdote for a message”. An anecdote is a short amusing story of a real thing that happened. They are talking about consuming drugs (weed is classified as a low-impact drug still, so we refer to it as a drug by law). When he says that line with “interrupting this anecdote for a message” he was trying to mimic the tv presenters that interrupt you while watching a movie with “we interrupt this for urgent news”. He’s basically saying “dont smoke weed”, but sarcastically.
