The Chalcedonian schism was an absolute tragedy. May it be healed, along with all schisms. God bless all the Orthodox.

Chalcedon council is full of heresy and fallacy because Our Lord and Our God Jesus Christ is fully Devine and fully human, in ONE nature and we call that Miaphysitism, it is the Christological doctrine that holds Jesus, the "Incarnate Word, is fully divine and fully human, in one 'nature' (physis)."[1] It is a position held by the Oriental Orthodox Churches and differs from the Chalcedonian position cause Chalcedon councils are in heresy
So I am an Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo believer and i pray for my Beautiful Oriental Orthodox church and Also the Eastern Orthodox church to reunite and dear Brothers and sisters who are in the Eastern Orthodox please pray and I’m sure God will help you find this beautiful true church Of Christ and That is The Oriental Orthodox church of Christ or non Chalcedons

@@ancientmonotheism5118 no he is not a messenger! He is The Only God and he was never created but he is A creator of the universe and everything him self! Read John 1:1 on the Bible it says,
John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made.
Now look here, John Said In the beginning was the word, and the word was with God, and THE WORD WAS GOD period!!!! See he said the word Whom We call Our Lord and Our GOD JESUS CHRIST is the GOD the only GOD!!! John never said he was created by God, John only said the word was with God! With God and That word was GOD as John stated so dear @ancientmonotheism5118 please read and listen and learn the Bible and the Teachings of The Oriental Orthodox Christianity before you jump to conclusions of something you have no clue about because on John 4-6 it says in him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.
You can also read Mathew 1:23 The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel”[g] (which means “God with us”).
The Son whom Our Holy Virgin St Mary gave birth to is The God whom the prophet Isaiah told us about on Isaiah 7:14 in the Old Testament
      And finally (Colossians 1:16)
For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him.
Sooooo he is the Creator of everything and everything is created through him Therefore Our Lord and Our GOD JESUS CHRIST is The SON of GOD and JESUS CHRIST Is GOD therefore, The father and the Son are equal so the father never created the Son because the Son(Jesus Christ) is equal with the Father and the Holy Spirit aswell this is why we call him ONE GOD (Holy Trinity) so please try to understand that there is only One God and that ONE GOD is (Trinity) Again that ONE GOD is The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit ONE GOD AMEN
Let’s see The Teachings of The Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church about Holy Trinity from Father Kyrillos Ibrahim July 13, 2021 by mahbere Kidusan
word Trinity is a combination of two lexis, Three and Unity; God is one in Essence yet triple in person; Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. There is eternally in God true unity, combined with genuinely personal differentiation: the term ‘essence’, ‘substance’, ‘being’, or ‘nature’ indicating the unity, and the term person indicates the differentiation. The Holy Father, The Holy Son, and The Holy Spirit are one in essence forming a single, unique, specific reality. There are no variety packages of non-essential characteristics but there is in this respect then an important difference between the sense in which the three divine persons are one, and the sense that three human persons may be termed one.
Humans, however closely co-operate, each retain their own will and their own energy. But in the case of the three persons of the Trinity, there is distinction but never separation. Holy Father, Holy Son, and Holy Spirit, have only ONE will and not three, only ONE energy and not three. None of the three ever acts separately, apart from the other two. They are not three Gods, but one God.
Yet, although the three persons never act apart from each other, there is in God genuine diversity as well as specific unity. We believe that this threefold differentiation in God’s outward action reflects a threefold differentiation in His inner life. Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are not just “modes” or “moods” of the Divinity, not just masks God assumes for a time in His dealings with creation and then lays aside. They are on the contrary coequal and coeternal persons. We do not interpret God as ‘Father’ and ‘Son’ and affirm of the Son, “There was never a time when he was not.” and the same is said of the Holy Spirit.

We need to reunite the Orthodox Church. If we reunite, that would inspire the rest of the Church around the world with Catholics and Protestants to look closer into Orthodoxy, therefore, we will grow the Kingdom of God as explosively as they did in the earliest forms of the Church❤

    Thanks for the video!
I would like to add or correct that the patriarch of Constantinople is NOT the only spiritual leader of the Eastern Orthodox Churches. In the same way that you have the Coptic, Armenian, Syrian etc. Orthodox Church as parts of the Oriental Orthodox Church, it is the same with the Eastern Orthodox Church: the Patriarchate of Constaninople, of Jerusalem, of Russia, of Serbia, of Bulgaria etc. All of them are equal, therefore they do not have one single leader.
There is a current problem in Eastern Orthodoxy that the patriarch of Constantinople wants to manifest himself as the "Pope of the East", which is not alright. He only has got the title "primus inter pares" (first among equals), which does not mean he (or anyone else) can direct what will happen in the other churches.

This is how Leo "congratulated " St. Dioscorus on becoming Pope of Alexandria. Everything from this point forward regarding St. Dioscorus from the West is unfortunately a narrative consisting of mostly lies, filth, and slander:
"For since the most blessed apostle Peter receives the apostolic primacy from the Lord and the Roman church continues the traditions he established, it is wrong to believe that his holy disciple Mark, who first ruled the church at Alexandria, formulated decrees with other provisions than those handed down to him. For the single spirit of the disciple and the master was unquestionably from the same source of grace, nor could the one consecrated hand down something different from what he received from his consecrator."

I find it very interesting that the Coptic Church rejected the Council of Chalcedon was to revive that not the Council of Ephesus generation of the son reform after the Nicene Council for us believed in the two divine natures, Council of Ephesus this came an error that the Council of Chalcedon came about.

  • @Mike65809
    @Mike65809 ปีที่แล้ว

Jesus did not have two natures while on earth. If we say he didn't know the day or hour of his return in his human nature only, that is a Nestorian understanding and is not correct. Rather, he was a man with the spiritual identity of the Divine Logos. He did miracles, not by his own power, but the Holy Spirit in him. To say he had two complete natures is Nestorian.

Oh, so your see is superior to the Church? If your see is superior to the Church it cannot belong to the Church and so, your see has nothing to do with Christianity. No, Bishop or Patriarch is superior to the Church which is the Body of Christ. The Church can judge all her members as all are subject to Christ. Sorry, your Pope is not above the Church, but is subject to Holy Mother the Church if he is a citizen of the Church. If your Roman Pope is not a subject to the Authority of the Church he is not a Christian and so is of a Foreign Religion and as such has absolutely no Authority in the Church whatsoever.
