As an absolute amateur having only gotten into home brewing within the last year, I’ve been blown away by these kits. I’ve started off my 6th brew today using GEB experimental kits (coincidentally, it’s the NEIPA that was being made in the video) and every single one has been an absolute hit. The quality of the ingredients is spot on and I’m looking forward to working my way through the rest of the kits 👍
Sorry, I've another question! Is the 'cold-crashing' necessary? I'm currently fermenting the NEIPA kit and have my fermenter in the spare room where there's an ambient temp of around 20c. I don't have a fridge I can use to cold crash, and i don't have a heat belt on the tank (to remove), so im not sure how I can cold crash?
Can you leave the wort ferment for longer than 10 days? I know its a case of testing samples every few days, but im just wondering what would happen if you left it go a little longer than planned? I got a kit from you recently and im keen to brew tomorrow, but plan to head away for a week in a few days time!
