Equipping artefacts can increase stamina; reduce effects of radiation; improve healing etc. Choose and wear them wisely.
I have 3 sparklers. One soul and one meat chunk (or whatever the name was)💀
Exactly, pick artifacts that have good bonuses and also ones that negate the negatives of others.
Thanks for the video man. I find content like this hard to find and stalker released on console about a month ago.
You might wanna bind bandage and medkit to your mouse thumb buttons, it's very handy to just click them mid-combat rather than running to cover, opening inventory and right clicking on medkit/bandage.
Amazing, thanks for the tips!
Just started my first ever play of the game. its amazing! literally like a single player Tarkov
STALKER is literally what inspired shit like Tarkov and DayZ in the first place.
Yet unlike those two flat grindan-shooters, STALKER has an actual campaign, with some true objectives and delightfully light "survival" aspects.
@@GugureSux right on. i like all 3 games.
@@GugureSuxtarkov isn’t meant to have a campaign it’s an extraction shooter and dayz is also not meant to have a campaign
1:49 While using iron sights or scopes, you gain no additional accuracy while crouched, instead you get better accuracy than if you would've crouched and low crouched combined, even while standing.
There's also no added inaccuracy if you move or turn very fast while aiming.
Here are the things I remapped:
Tab - Inventory
Shift - Sprint
Ctrl - Always crouch
Alt - Low crouch
Z - Quick bandage
X - Quick Medkit
Num 0 (Numpad 0) - Save
Num Enter (Numpad Enter) - Load
If you think my mapping of buttons are bad or in need of additions you are free to reply.
I use the following:
I - Inventory, I got really used to this playing stalker, but in Fallout 3 and New Vegas I use Tab
Shift - Sprint
LCtrl - Crouch
X - Low crouch
I don't use quick bandage or medkit, pussy keybinds
Middle mouse button - Next firing mode
Rest are default keybinds.

Playing this game on console rn pretty fun gonna play them all and then wait for 2 to release thx for the tips amigo!🎉
You can repair armor using a technique that some call "Zone witchcraft." It's where you wear four or five Pellicles, Batteries, or Shells, then stand in a Fruit Punch, Electro, or Burner/campfire (respectively). Pellicles are the easiest to acquire because you can earn an unlimited supply of them from Professor Sakharov in Yantar by doing some of his repeatable missions.
2:10 This is a rare example of a game that lets you aim the GP-25 using its quadrant sight. To test your accuracy and reflexes, try blasting super long-jumping "man-eating" snorks out of the air with 40-mils for sport.
I dont know how i missed this gem of a game all this years
I would like you to explain that to me as well.
For many, many years, STALKER was essentially THE PC exclusive masterpiece people raved about. It was also a massive, HUGE phenomena, especially in the Europe; there was STALKER festivals, Larps, tons of merchandize, and an entire TV series being planned even. Not to mention the series single handed inspired the entire "survival shooter" subgenre, everything from DayZ to Metro. Yet it still manages to have its very own, unique identity, that no copycap has managed to recapture.
@@GugureSuxand now it’s on console, lol
I just got it on my Xbox the bundle I’m on the first one it’s fantastic!!! Fuck fallout lol 😂
Damn that crouch thing really is helpfull
Wish the first guy would have told you about the storage keep selling snipers as new armour weighs more but hold on until im constantly over weight, even with my endurance being over 150
FINALLY ON XBOX
Currently finishing dying light and then I wanna go for this game for the first time ever
Ha ! Crazy I saw this comment. I’m playing dying light platinum edition on my switch now, still on the first few story quest cause I get so distracted. Feeling like this dying light playthru is gonna takes 100’s of hours plus the following dlc. And I’m sitting here wanting to pick up stalker for Xbox too 😬
@@tilldeathvisuals1646 lol! Im currently running through stalker ! Definitely recommend it! Can't bekiece what was back in 2007.
I had the platinum edition as well, I have like 40 hours on it with even finsihed the dlc.
Was thinking about purchasing the switch, is it really good? Enjoyable to play Games on?
Just started on Xbox and man y’all have been holding out ngl
Just downloaded it for the first time in years. Been that long I can't remember the story.
Have fun!
Its freedom not military we all make mistakes

Why are you playing on the uglier DX8 "Static Lighting" mode?
Did you not even notice the setting, or is your PC seriously too weak to run a DirectX9 dynamic lighting effects?
the game has a lot of issues and crashes with Dynamic Lighting enabled, I guess that's why
In some cases using dynamic lighting will make your game unlaunchable. Try not to be so demeaning in the way you comment unless you know what you're talking about.
@@pud3143 if you find that "demeaning" you must have a very hard time on the internet these days my man
