I don’t just visualize the pressing on my head. I used to have my husband. I literally put his hands on each side of my head and I would ask him to grasp firmly apply. Gentle book firm impress to relieve my cluster migraines. It was the only thing that would take the pain away and pressure long enoughto possibly does off and get some rest and away from the pain and it worked like a charm so I appreciate that trigger and visual a lot… Thank you❤
I have my husband do the same thing for my migraines. I found a migraine cap on Amazon filled with cooling gel that gives a compression feeling as well as gives you the black out effect.
