Correction & Suggestion For The Tunnel Book Video
• Correction & Suggestio...
*CHANGED THE TITLE* Thanks for letting me know that this is called a Tunnel Book!! 😊👍🏼
Now I don’t know the true name of the but I’ve seen this done on a lot of Shorts making what they call “Window Spreads” in their journals. So I wanted to make mine into a stand along book, hence the name Window Book. Lol
I hope you enjoy this project. It’s really a lot of fun to make different scenes. You can customize this to your hearts content.
This is a 5x5 book. The spine is make from a 5x3 piece of cardstock scoring at every 3/8 of an inch.
Using these guidelines you can make this as big or small as you’d like with as many pages as you’d like. Have fun!!

Wouldn’t it be fun if you had family photos to use? It would look like a family reunion. Very cute project!
That would be so cool. Next time I go home to visit, I’ll have to ask my mom for old family photos. That would be a neat project. Thanks Rhonda for the tip!
You could make it a generational family tree, with current youngest generation in front, id back whichever works best. And each successive page would be the generation past, parents or children.
So I could start with my children up front. Their parents next, then both sets of grandparents, and all the pairs of great grandparents
Or show descendents to he other way. A couple in front, then all their children, then all their grandkids, and great grandkids. If it was bigger you could have kids younger and then add another page for older kids with their partners, then the grandkids (with their parents)?
@@recoveringsoul755 Wouldn’t that be cool?
Just a little tip- dab ink on the back of the paper dolls and stamp with a script stamp. Makes it look finished from the back, too. Love this project!
Cuteness cuteness
..great job thank you
Thanks so much for watching Fontella
I think Rhoda Burks made one and called it a tunnel book. I love them. TFS. Hugs. ❤

Hi Barbara. You are always the sweetest. Thank you. I’m so happy you are enjoying my content. It means so so much. Have a great weekend
This is a nice project if you have the right tool. I recall making this tunnel book and failing at it. You make it look so easy, and I love your organization.
Hi Sharon, I have just posted a short video on how to make these tunnel books without the fancy circle cutting tools. I hope this helps. Here’s the link:

Hi Maggie! Super cute little books. This technique is called 'Diorama'. You can actually purchase dies to create the 'accordion'...but who needs to pay extra $'s when you can do a great job like you did?!! Love your creativity!!
Hi Sharon, wow..I haven’t hear of the word Diorama since I was in school. I’ve seen those accordion dies, but for me it’s more of a hassle to get out my die cut machine and do all that. Lol. You are very sweet. Thanks so much for watching
I like this so much, and your directions were so clear. I’m definitely going to try this. Thanks for the video.❤

Amazon has a we r memory keepers circle cutter
Thanks for the tip Stephanie. I’ll let everyone know. Thanks for watching
Where did you get the circle ?
Hi Mema, I originally purchased the circle cutter at Hobby Lobby when they were still selling the Martha Stewart craft tools. I haven’t been able to find it again since then. I know We R Memory Keepers has one similar on Amazon. It’s a little pricey but here’s the link in case you’re interested:
