Kind of confused here. She shows the circle grip change, but then throwns a back hand flip change, which is different than the circle delivery, which doesnt have you flip your hand over.

Me too. Circle then no circle. I am familiar with the No circle and going to use that one

too bad there is no definition of what is a changeup. for beginner and foreigner like me its not easy to understand. is a change up a low pace same trajectory as a fast ball or is it a fastball that breaks at the end ?

Anurag Garad It's all in your arm swing.

Turtle LPS no it's all in the legs. You need a strong drive and your arm arm just follows and snaps.
