I loved Omega Mart it was so cool. The best part was the cave in the hut.
Omega mart was amazing. It really helps to think of it as a live action video game than art. If you don’t do the boop cards and the puzzles you are missing out on 75% of it.
I just went there today with my buddy, and our minds were absolutely blown by how bizarre everything is and what we kept discovering. It seemed never-ending. I could spend days in there honestly.

I’m heading there today with my daughter. I just recently moved to Vegas and she is here for a visit and wanted to go. I was skeptical at first but after watching your video I’m SUPER EXCITED!

I love this place, it’s super cool! We did the boop card game for a little over two hrs, but I just wished we got a reward for solving it like a pin or something lol. Anyway, I went there in May 2021, and since then I’ve gone to the House of Eternal Return in Santa Fe, NM. It’s the original Meow Wolf. Not as big as Omega Mart but still very fun! I plan to go to the Denver one maybe next year.

I noticed that you had to crouch down to get through a passage way. If somebody was wanting to go, say a 6’6 70 year old with a messed up back, do you think the passage is big enough for them to get through? That’s probably a dumb question but I just want to make sure

I went at March 20 and they were not handing out boop cards. Were running out. Might go back since i live in Las Vegas. A little bummed since i could not get the story without it
True, we missed out til the very end someone handed up a bloop card and explained what it was for. We are definitely going back for another turn. 🤓

Hi! Just wondering, how long is the overall time duration of the Omega Mart experience?
You can spend as much time as you want in there that's the whole idea but it's fun to solve the storyline
Make sure you eat something before you go in. Once you leave you can’t go back in and they won’t let you eat in store during covid
Can you take your purse? You said not to take anything, also what should I wear?
It took me about 2.5 hrs. I went around 900pm on a Wednesday in December for context. There were just enough people there. Too many more and it may have been a less than ideal experience. I suggest going late on a weekday as it is less crowded and you will have time to access all the computers and solve the puzzles. Otherwise you will have to fight the crowds.

You can use you phone to record. No gopro or other devices.
They should make this place a kid free zone after sometime at night. I watch the videos on how this place was made and was like wow I have to go there, looks like a fun adult place. Then after seeing the hordes of people and Screaming groups of children specifically, it doesn't even seem like that enjoyable of experience, especially for those who think going there high is a good idea. Big Sigh 😔

My kids told me about this as a destination for a road trip but I didn't realize it was $55 a pop to get in--that's $210 for us! Damn!! I don't want to disappoint my kids but is it worth $50!!?? I know that Disneyland would be far more expensive but there's stuff for them to do there and... well... it's Disneyland... I've never heard of Omega Mart aside from what my kids told me.

This is going to seem like a silly question, but I noticed on their website that we can’t bring in backpacks or “large bags,” which makes me wonder how large women’s purses are permitted to be to be allowed inside the attraction. I couldn’t tell how large your partner’s bag was. Curious because most of my “purses” are probably going to be considered backpacks or large bags.
I would just bring the essentials. A front pack is fine.
I went last week. They search your bags and if they feel like you’re bringing in things you shouldn’t they strongly urge you to check your bag for $5 up at the front (they put it behind locked doors). They saw my vapes and basically said throw it away or check it
I also saw women in there with never fulls so I think as long as it’s not too big and they look through it, you should be good

This attraction has Social commentary, consumerism, and Americans will buy anything regardless? Packaging everything and consuming resources and polluting the environment? People being sheep and controlled and conditioned surveyed and studied until they are consuming robots? lots of very powerful and many very real themes being displayed here and some incredible art going on just wow!
