I am trying to recall when I first started watching your videos. Just watched from the beginning and I never knew you took the original cabin apart and added on. It is so interesting watching you work. Methodical and organized. I will be watching even more videos you post as I want to try t figure out what I actually have seen before. Hugo is s sweet. This looks like the Siberian Taiga. I am 100% certain. Its a forest in subarctic region. Northern hemisphere south of arctic circle.

One thing that could be improved on is the roof. It would be advantageous to fill in any gaps so that, come Winter, the snow does not 'bog down' on the tarp and tear it. The result being snow getting on your beautiful table and ruining all that is not treated with varnish like the floor.😢

The wood that they are using appears to be very soft and leaves a lot of splinters on the edges when cut with a chainsaw. I am assuming that they are using Siberian Spruce which is what the beautiful surrounding forests appear to be?

How refreshing to watch a video where the author is not lecturing you from beginning to end about the moral values of living a particular lifestyle, why you should do it, and how you should do it. I also appreciate not being told what vitamins I should take daily, what foods to eat or what clothes I should buy in order to live a simpler, more fulfilling lifestyle. Just a couple of dudes doing their thing in the Siberian woods and actually getting something done instead of just running their mouths incessantly off like so many other videos that I have watched as of late.
