Just bought it a week ago, its my very first synth and for me the possibilities are overwhleming atm. I will dig deep into it. But I am sure I made a good decision getting the Polybrute as my first hardware synthesizer! Thanks Arturia.
@@DroptekOfficial I still dig it. But to be honest, I didnt have much time to really dive into it because of my working situation. So when I produce synthy songs, I am still using mostly software synths from the start because it is just easier and faster for the process. My aim is to produce one song with only polybrute sounds! Also I just looked on the arturia page. They added lots of presets for free and they sound awesome.
@@novaray3405 Out of curiousity, and seeking to know if others feel like I do, does the complexity of the synth kind of scare you away from using it more avidly? Do you, like me, fall back to more successful (pre-made patches for example) means of music production after spending some time with the synth and feeling like your own attempts at making patches just sound so basic and "less awesome" than the ones that others make? Not sure if it's just me or if others feel like this, too.
@@CaidicusProductions I just did one or two patches myself but very basic. For a subbass for example. Mostly I go through presets at first and then modify them to what I have in my mind. This is a great way to learn how the patches work I think.
Despite owning the MatrixBrute for about 5 years, and the PolyBrute for a coupe months, it NEVER dawned on me that I could use the Mod Env as a fixed modulation source. That little nugget will provide years of new exploration. Thank you!
This synth is a beast

How do you like it after nearly a year?

@@novaray3405 I hear you. In the box is just too convenient! I mean the fact it has presets and midi makes it easier for sure :)

Have fun ;)
the new standard!
If this was an 8-voice synth, it would easily be the CS-80 for the 21st century.... Damn it looks / sounds amazing.
It will be.
@@altegovibes Yeap! I Got it since then :) It sounds amazing although a bit raw, but it's programmability and expression are imaculate!
Wow, so many things opening up with this amazing synth!!! Thanks for the great tute!
Super clear vid. Thanks.
Thank you, very well explained.
Looking forward to adding one to my arsenal. What's the ETA for USA?
Wonderful synth :)
Very interesting
Il y a des choses qui piquent ton intérêt ? :)
Arturia still say shipping end of January - mine has been in order since early October!
I ordered mine in September. I feel you.
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Les sous-titres en français please Arturia
👍
Aftetouch does not work on my brand new Polybrute. What a shame. You'd think there would be better quality control for such an expensive instrument.
