Out of the whole movie, I like this part because it really shows that Anjali did care about Tina and that she didn't hate her because she liked Rahul.
the scene where she comes at the track and after the makeup showed tina cared about her. so i think they developed some relation

For all it’s corniness and plot holes, I have a deep admiration and love for this film in how they portray the relationship between Tina and Angali. All too often these love triangles play out with the two love interests fighting over the man and hating each other for it. This scene shows Anjali putting two and two together and she breaks down when she sees that Tina is the mother who died. She doesn’t think about Rahul and her feelings in that moment, she just remembers a lost friend. It’s beautiful and heartbreaking. That’s one thing that KJo got right with this script.

The scene where kajal hugs the portrait of rani, it really touches you and show different color of the feelings. She could have hated rani, but Instead she was happy for both. Now she feels so bad that rahul is alone again, rani is gone and their daughter misses her mom terribly. We are energies, stronger or weaker, if we keep combining and loving, we grow stronger. Nature will always make sure you cross paths with someone that's right for you, don't shy away from extending a hand, you never know you might never get a chance again. Love before someone's gone, wake up from the materialistic world and ascend to something more meaningful.

I can’t even begin to imagine what her emotions are like. First with rahul talking about Anjali thinking it’s about her, finding out it’s younger 8 yr old one, and saying she’s at a camp in simla, then going to see Tina’s pic and finding out she died years ago and realizing it’s their daughter. Ugh so much to digest and unload in a small amount of time

One second Anjali was like Rahul misses me,he is talking abt me, next second she got to know that He was talking abt his daughter anjali nd her hopes are shattered again,then she got to know that he is the father of anjali from summer camp, and last she realizes that probably tina is dead. What drastic turn of realizations in just few seconds. Brilliant scene and brilliant direction!
