Looks lovely!!! I've been living in Thailand for almost 10 years but in 2 years I get my retirement pension and will be looking for a change so I'll have to come and look . Thanks for the info 👍
Me and my long time friend, who introduced me to Bali, will be visiting this next winter; October/November/December. I cannot wait. Seeing your vlogs makes me excited about visiting and check out many different places to stay and different things to eat. I don’t eat meat but I’m sure they have multiple restaurants for vegans or pescatarian, who eat seafood but no meat.
Candi Dasa is my favourite place in all of Bali. It has everything - exceptional beaches, quiet and night life if you want it. Check out my fav place to stay Aquaria Eco Resort Candi Dasa. Serenity! Right on the beach a gorgeous pool and the food there is chef quality. You could go int there and not leave for a month (many people actually do!).
Muzz the coffee shop is Wacky Jackys, she is an Aussie and runs quilting and patchwork workshops and batik workshops from there - she has her own website and is an institution in Candi Dasa. She sells beautiful quality batik fabrics and precut also.
Great vlog Muzz and Vie,they are the best pies and sausage rolls in bali, candidasa is so quiet and beautiful, great to get away from all the hassle and bassel of denparsar, kuta, legian, seminar, changgu and so forth on the west coast, awesome guys, keep them coming bro.
It is a great place to visit and stay but I have bad memories though as I got the worst Bali belly ever. Although I am a seasoned visitor now I don't get Bali belly now.
Local people mined the coral reef off the coast of Candidasa to provide construction materials during the construction boom years. Little did they know that it would create an irreversible damage to their own beaches. Almost all of Candidasa sandy beaches as such ruined by on beach developments. No lessons learned as similar activities ongoing for many of Bali beaches in the south.
Hi Murray…is candidassa suitable for older couples who can’t use a motor bike? Are there grabs and nice walks amongst restaurants and shops like Sanur?
At least it has a seed in it, because it shows that it is NOT a GMO man made cross-bred fruit. It’s natural, so it will be alkaline and good for your body.
Love Candidasa

Spent some beautiful days there when we lived in Sanur. Absolute gem of Bali. One our faves was Hotel Genggong. Gorgeous owners and staff! ❤
I could definitely live in Candidasa. What about the lilly pond! Breathtaking! 💕
Great pit stop in between Kubu❤
Nice Muzza, not long until we are there.
Hi Muzz and Vie,the fruit looks like a lychee, absolutely beautiful guys.

Wow, Candidasa sure grew since the last time I’ve stayed there in 2012.
It certainly has grown since we stayed in Candidasa 2014

At least the bar band is entertaining. It’s always nice to hear live music.
Check out "white sand beach" while you are there. Hidden beautiful beach just 10 min north...
Love Kubu above Amed❤

That is so sad that they put short term gains over long term life: destroying the coral reef is a huge shame!
Very true, but the reefs off Candi Dasa are growing back. The proposed beach walk will kill that off.
Do you prefer Candidasa to Ahmed now buddy ? 🏴

Yes it's perfect. Everything is walking distance the the Bali Palms resort has a shuttle bus for pickups and dropoffs too
Very nice place, whats the name of the hotel you visit, with multiple pools? :)
Found it myself :)
Vie feeding you fruit 😂
So where in Candidasa were you??

Hi jonathan
It's a Lychee Muzza, very yummy bro.
In fact, you're right Muzza, as a winemaker, I can tell you it tastes identical to the Muscat grape.
That was my first thought, but they are quite different, firstly they are in mandarin like segments with a seed in each
Oh, ok, Lychees don't have segments. Did you happen to find out what they are, mate?
@@stephenmurfit800 langsat they are called
Thanks mate.
Possibly a lychee??
No.. sort.of similar but a local Indonesian version
