I'm an Algerian air traffic controller and I'll take part in a workshop organized by IFATCA (think safety) and just culture is a key element in aviation industry in terms of safety enhancement so in your video I've found what I was searching for(definition, and different aspects of this issue.) Many thanks

    Have enjoyed your just culture introductory as you quoted it's being a fair culture too..
    Self being in Aviation despite having the reporting Systems there was still an element of injustice & fear From some co workers in reporting themselves..
    Noticing that Company's Culture some how goes along with the National Culture
    ( the Sort of people) where it's indeed very hard to have the Mentality of some Seniors or individuals in understanding how to apply just Culture..
    The needs to improve by not taking punitive measures against individuals who solely reported themselves !!
    Trust is something to reward to regain loyalty there's only one chance of the first impression...
    Unfortunately in some incidents that hasn't been the case yet Many told me we've decided not to file any reports simply because they were feeling Vunerable or even becoming Whistle Blower they felt critical of loosing their Jobs ....
