I’m a lot like Maru and sometimes I feel like I let people slide a little too often when they’re doing something to me that they know that they shouldn’t, but I’m also changing my perspective because sometimes people need a little more kindness in their lives and I can be the one to provide that. seeing christine cry made me cry so bad i feel like i can relate to her so much in the sense of putting up a front a lot of the times in terms of ur emotions that on the outside it may seem like u have it all together but on the inside it’s a constant battle and then it’s hard to find that balance between yes ofc u may not be living the hardest life in the world and people may have it tougher than u but it also doesn’t diminish your hardships and the way u feel about them ur emotions are completely valid like some things may seem petty to other people but try not to invalidate your feelings they're valid because YOU'RE feeling them! like it’s okay to be sad but also it’s nice to see that she has friends that bring moments of light and laughter when it’s needed!

You may think you have it the worst, but it’s realizing and acknowledging that there are people who have it far worse… and it’s not to shit on them or anything but simply to make you realize that you’re doing better than you realize. I’ve been in that slump so much recently, where I know what I have to do but I just don’t do it and I tell myself before I go to sleep, “another day without working towards anything” and it is bad but again, perspective.
You guys should dedicate an episode to interview each member about their childhood & ethnic backgrounds & trials & tribulations y’all have been thru 🫶🏼
i really hope i end up like christine everytime she talks about things shes gone through i relate to it so much and the way she just knows so much about mental health and how people work is like a very hard thing to find you can tell shes very observant and tries to teach herself how to be better.

thanks guys for the last 10 minutes, i mean the entire podcast ws mazing but like hearing you guys speak about your emotions and how to deal with them specialy while feeling shitty bout things in your life just really helped.it made me feel understand that it is ok to sometimes feel down but i shouldnt let those emotions or thoughts stop me from doing my best to fight. i hope and honestly want to work out on not dropping of and letting my fears or regrets or all the shitty things happening quit. thanks.
