Salary are nearly same if you work as a reg. nurse, but with BSc you can work in different departments for eg. gesetzliche oder pvt. Krankenkasse, as a Mentor in Hospital for new Comers, Teacher/Professor, Wissenschaftliche Arbeit ( Researcher) etc

It will be better, if you learn German faster and move to Germany for Ausbildung.
In Bangladesh you must pay the tuition fees but in Ausbildung you will get a salary and its so much to get a job after Ausbildung.
B1 is enough to apply, but the question, Is there any school who give Admission on B1?
With B2 you get it way easier than B1

It depends in which Uni you r applying in. Some offers from 3rd Sem, however some offers it 'Berufsbegleitend' Part-Time with Full Time Job. There are enough options you can choose from.

You can do job in other European countries, but same salary in other countries are not guaranteed.

Bro if you r opting to stduy Medizin, you must have minimum 2-3years work exp. In Nursing after doing nursing or you can do studienkolleg to avoid 2-3Y work exp. But chances will be high to get a seat if u do have 2-3Y exp.
