Apologies for calling the Pulse Explorer buds Pulse 3D buds... 🤦♂ Also an advantage I forgot to mention is if you wear glasses, you won’t have to worry about the arms creating pressure on your ears.

Hello WhatGear, what is your opinion of which is better in different categories like general and gaming between Sony inzone buds vs the Sony MX5(i need to know whats the best earbud)
I have two questions with these possibly. One, do you stream with these and if you do on ps5, how do you get the audio to play through your buds and also out through stream. In the past, I had to be on hdmi tv to get the audio to work through stream but then you lose the Spatial Audio that way on ps5
what about psvr2? Is it possible to connect the buds with bluetooth, or are there buds for psvr2

I ordered these. Have the InZone H9’s which are great. I plan to use these new buds with the PSVR2. The window AC in my small den is annoying, can’t stand the weight of the H9’s with the headset, and the PSVR2 wired buds don’t cut it. Hope they work!

Choosing shipment as the map that you played on seems a bit crazy because you can’t hear anything at any specific angle because it’s consistent chaos 😂

Yeah that’s all I pay attention to, is the footsteps. That’s why my KD is good. I don’t follow ppl I just let the foot steps guide me for the kill

Were you able to transfer custom equalizer from PC to PS5?
I don't think the switch has Bluetooth LE Audio. The Inzone Buds only supports Bluetooth LE Audio, not Bluetooth LE. Bluetooth LE has become part of the bluetooth standard since bluetooth 4.0, so the switch does have that. Meanwhile LE Audio is a much newer bluetooth standard that currently only few flagship phones supports it. You can however use the usb-c dongle to use the buds with the switch.
I only will use these on the ps5. My question is will any adjustments done on the hub transfer over to the ps5 or is it specifically for pc? Also do I need to do any updates on pc to make them better on ps5?

Can you do game/chat volume balance with these ? Im using my ps4 platinum headphones that do this and its a must for me
You can, but from the sides. If you have a dualsense edge and u want to do it from there. It doesnt let you
I don’t love when I see reviews like this it almost feels like ppl that get these kind of earbuds and review then don’t actually game game. Like the gameplay doesn’t really show off much. And they never talk about the actual in game audio with hearing people behind you and such. Regardless I need earbuds because I have a big head of hair and I broke my g pro wireless and overall I liked the audio I’m just so over the maintenance of having a full headset. I have an external mic so idc about that. I just neeed to be able to place fps’ and know when someone is behind me or above. So I’m going to try to get these soon, and hopefully I’ll reply here with my actual thoughts as a self proclaimed grimes gamer. Thank you

At first I thought you could only do it on PC but I realized you just have to set up the controls on the PC in the Inzone App. You can set your touch controls to pretty much anything, I have mine with the left bud related to chat/game. 1 tap adjusts it more to hear game volume, and holding touch goes the other way for chat

Nope, gotta have to go on pc and adjust it there. Pulse Explore does that though.

Yes, but only using the dongle

Best gaming earbuds I’ve used. In war zone you hear exactly where people are. Def recommend

@@SniperGang369Tv this is not really true. You can use them with the portal only if you are in the same room with the dongle connected to the ps5,which is really not the typical usage of the portal. Sony really messed up all the earbuds… Also the inzone buds cannot be used with apple phones…Sadly,but not going to buy neither of the Sony buds, as there is not a model,which can be used with all possible devices…
No, they should work on the switch even without the dongle, because the Switch supports LE Bluetooth

Huh? You can use the pulse with any phone but which the Inzone buds you can’t use on all phones. Which is crazy cause the Inzone headsets work on all phones lol.

Aside from the PS5. Will this work with the Nintendo Switch and Steam Deck?
With Nintendo Switch it is working only with the dock plugged in - set it on PS5/Mobile
Why does sony have to be so expensive, the prismxr vega t1 wireless earbuds are giving basically the same features besides the sony exclusive stuff, but this has great battery, hooks up to your ps5, pc, phone, occulus, etc with an app thats on yout phone, all for $49 compared to $199... its insane how far other companies have come compared to what sony is offering at there price.
I had these but had to return them due to left ear bud disconnection. The sound also was low on my cellphone (Samsung Galaxy Fold 4). That could be cause I used my dongle. The disconnect on the left ear bud on PC did irk me so I ended up returning. If they fix that issue I'd buy it again since I loved playing with earbuds instead of a headset.
When you had them connected to your pc, did you have other dongles/usb cables connected next to the inzone dongle?

You don’t need it because they have ambient sound option and in my opinion is enough. You can hear all your surroundings and your voice too

Yes please, i got mine 2 weeks ago and i’m having problems with disconnection while i’m gaming only if i’m watching youtube or movies there is no issue also i’m having white noise on the left earbuds . I’m using them on pc so if you have any advice other than returning them please help me.

Left ear bud won't charg well
I've seen like 10 reviews no one is mentioning how freaking BAD the microphone is.
Unfortunately, earbud mics will never compare to mics on a boom arm. That’s just how it is at this point in time.
They aren't bad for earbuds at all, good voice clarity and good deafening of background noise

@@es7689 then people are far too elitist and snobby, for a pair of £180 earbuds the mic I wouid say is acceptable if not on the higher end of middling, I've listened to my own voice on ps5 and it's crisp with good clarity, and I've had people tell me I sound fine but marginally worse than the expensive boom mic on my headset which is fine by me

@@Frugleclockyeah bc pc is the only place you can change and keep the equalizer settings. Equalizer settings for these on ps5 don’t work or exist. You can try to change them but once you switch back to ps5 mode on the transmitter. Goodbye equalizer
