Im considering this swap....couple questions How did you get it the gauges to hook up to the engine. If im doing this swap, id like it to look as factory as possible and what gearing and tires are you running
To get the gauges to work I used the factory Jeep sensors and Jeep Ecu with the alh. Coolant sensor on the coolant line. Oil pressure sensor added with Kerma oil pressure extension block. Volts will still read. Speedo reads off of the gear in the transfer case so that will work. The rpm is a little tricky as the cam sensor wire needs a negative hit while the Ecu is awake to read the rpm’s. I have 373 gearing. It’s a good swap to do. A lot of fun. Thanks for watching
@@CorsoCustoms Thats awesome, thank you do you figure it has enough power to run 35's at 4.88 gearing? I run that and it sits about 2500 rpm at 60MPH and top speed is about 86 mph. I've heard mixed reviews on people saying if it has plenty of power or its a bit underpowered
@@CorsoCustoms So you figure about the same as the 4l? sorry for all the questions. I daily drive my tj and I want good on road performance too so I like to know this all before pulling the trigger on it
No problem. Thanks!
What radio is that?
Can you please tell me where you got the wiring harness, the camera noise blocked your voice at that moment.

It has good power with the mods I have. Thats even with 373 I feel 410 would be perfect but everyone has different thoughts on it

With the mods and tune it outperforms 4.0 easily
