I like the Chantecaille holiday release, though I prefer the lip colors released with the Jaguar/Cougar eye palettes. But, I have to say that holiday 2021 remains my favorite, because everything worked for me. I don’t believe that everything in the holiday 2022 release will be the same. My skin is slightly darker than yours (Alabaster in Chantecaille gel foundation), I have dark hair and eyes, but anything very peachy or warm goes orange on me and I’m left with a sallow mess. I am so glad you posted your video just before the end of the Black Friday / Cyber Monday sales! Thanks to you, I saved some money😊. I was very tempted by the Glow Powder as I already own the Chantecaille Balm Powder (use it in winter) and the Blur Powder (for summer), but then I was not impressed by the product. After watching your video, I figured I didn’t need a new powder (still working on the other two) and the price tag isn’t justified considering that this new powder doesn’t deliver a wow effect from my perspective. I own 3 quads and a few lipsticks from 2020-2021 collections, but I have to say I have been disappointed with the past collections while it seems to me Chantecaille has been increases its prices. I still wonder why there are always so few items developed and released for each LE collection. So little variety, especially for complexion products and skin tones. One of the most pricey high end makeup brands and least inclusive (worse than Hourglass). The quads are standouts for me though. ✨
As much as I love the Chantecaille products I own, I'm sorry to say that this collection has left me wanting. Th lipstick, which is pretty, just isn't worth the $50 price tag!! Generally, their packaging is so beautiful and luxurious, sadly this packaging is just not grabbing me. It looks more Spring/Summer to me. You suited everything and had such a gorgeous radiance 😍. First, what are you wearing on your eyes? You look great! As to this season's Chantecaille launch, I'm Light enough to wear those colors. But honestly, Chantecaille used to get me every year because they had amazing packaging. What happened this year? The green color looks like an average Spring collection. Nothing special. And Nothing to make these prices make sense. They raised their prices recently and it wasn't warranted. The things that made me love this brand are going away since they were bought. No discount can make up for it. And their shade range still sucks. Thanks for the video!💚
I think the blush is too luminous. It emphasizes your texture. Last year blush was much more refined. This collection is the worst I’ve seen from Chantecaille. Thanks for your honesty! 😘
At the end of the day, chantecaille has an inflexible return policy, so I never ever buy anything from their site ive havnt tried. I’m tempted by the blush, but as a light medium I’m on the fence and not willing to take the gamble on that much money.
Given Beiersdorf now owns Chantecaille, I have been waiting for changes in formula, packaging and major releases. It had to happen. This may be the start of it. I find the collection very underwhelming.

It seems to me that all the items (or at least most, powder included) emphasise texture.

Too pricey for a not so great collection. Not enough pigment, and the packaging is not attractive like last year. Very disappointed.
