Not AS flexible means that, when compared to the other competitors she isn't on the same level of flexibility with them but is still flexible (just not when compared to the others).

I honestly think that having talent since birth is true. But not everyone can know instantly what their talent is from womb though, ofcourse they would need to realise it first. Moreover, i think that talent refers to learning a skill in a short time or faster compared to an average person trying to learn that skill. However, even being talented on something also doesn't mean that the person would not practice hard anymore because he or she would not have any more improvements. So, hardwork and determination is still a must if one really wants to be the best in something whether talented or not.
