I strongly advise everybody not to take the program it's a total waste of time, especially for an immigrant. If you did not do Medical laboratory science but you have a science background you can still do Msc Biomedical science. Although the process of hcpc registration for people in this category is different but doable. They can ontact IBMS for how to go about it.
My first degree is Biochemistry, I applied for nursing and I got the offer to study Msc nursing adult health for 2 years. Hope I will get tier 2 work visa.
But base on the recent publication this April, public health is eligible for skilled worker and has a low minimum wage requirement. I think after one year a lot has changed. But it will still be good you have some care experience to benefit from health care opportunities
