Hi! I know this is an old video, but we will have a freshman at C.U. next year. Were the curtains provided black-out level if you wanted them to be? I saw a note on the Do Not Bring list which said not to remove or add any draperies (which covers curtains) bigger than 3' x 3' because they are a fire hazard. Meanwhile I've had lots of people tell me (post dorm life) black out curtains were the best thing they invested in. Thanks!

Mikayla Salihovic I am going to be a Buff next year and have been doing tons of research on rooms. Yes, most of not all rooms come with a micro fridge and microwave
Yes the fridge and microwave both came with the room! And if you ever have any issues with them not working you can fill out a form online and it will get fixed ASAP! My freezer broke and I had someone installing a new fridge/freezer in my room within 48 hours. :)
The curtain hanging off my bed I bought of Amazon in a pack of 2 for like $4! Its a super cheap and simple way to make your room a bit more put together.
