A person murdered by murderer n investigate by dsp (Peter principle) in an organisation in a hierarchy a person tied to rise to the level of their incompetence...and a person sitting in a room (judge) adjudicating a matter in hand on behalf of technical flaws and awry leaving the victim that nothing worse has happen even exoneratin g the 7 billion people n setting 1 person as murderer which is easily acquitted by the judges....with applying prudent mind...chuuutia system...
