This is the best video I have come across on non-parametric tests in SPSS. Systematic and clearly explained. I've subscribed to your channel. Thanks Dr. Omar.
I can't find any informations about the post-hoc, i am trying to find out really hard. Then just found this video, i am really grateful you gave us knowledge very comprehensive. Thank you so much!
Dr. Mahmoud, I followed your video. I have 2 independent variables (include the concentration and pretreatment) and 1 dependent variable (scores) However, when using the non parametric test in the SPSS software, I cannot select the concentration and pretreatment into the grouping variables, I can only choose the scores into the testing variable. I have tried many times but still does not work, What can I do for this situation? Tank you very much!!!
Thank you for the clear explanation Dr Mahmoud! I still have a question, for the post-hoc test for Kruskal-Wallis test, is it possible to label the significant group using alphabet (a,b) just like Tukey test for 1-way ANOVA? Thanks in advance! Your video helps a lot!
Assalamualaikum Dr, I hv followed ur video on how to do the data transformation using the three methods (log10, sqrt and reciprocal). I hv 4 data that not normally distributed i.e. culm length, panicle length, grain length, and maturity day. The study is about morphological characterization on rice germplasm. May you suggest other methods for data transformations or the best method for non-parametric test for my study. Hope to hear from you. Thank you Dr

@@StatisticsTutor Sure Dr, but how do I send the data?
I'm sorry Dr, I have already your email address. I'll email it to you. Thank you Dr.
