Adopted children should be told as soon as possible, that they are adopted. Explain it using using simple demonstrations that the child will understand. Assure them of your love and let them know that once they turn 18, they can search for their bio parents. Don’t wait until they start going to school, where they will be told they were “bought” by other children.

Adopted children should be told as soon as possible, that they are adopted. Explain it using using simple demonstrations that the child will understand. Assure them of your love and let them know that once they turn 18, they can search for their bio parents. Don’t wait until they start going to school, where they will be told they were “bought” by other children.
