Hey courtly! For clawdeen I recommend oxi clean! Just a some in a bowl with boiling water until it boils. it worked to remove nail polish stains on one of my dolls hair but it's safer then nail polish remover
I got a thrifted cheer Sunny with one hand missing. I took it from an old skyler I didn't care for. Probably slightly different shade, but if the 2 hands aren't next to each other, & Sunnys holding her pom poms...it works !
Im so sorry for not responding about the hairspray I use from the dollar store!!!! the brand is spa luxury, it says 'professional hairspray' (I doubt it) and its in a black can with gold and purple accents. I actually tested it again last night on a random applejack equestria girl I had and it got old black sharpie out of her blonde hair just fine. I soak her in hairspray, comb it in, let sit for like a minute, and then wash with dishsoap. you might have to do it 2 or 3 times
