This train shown in the video operates only between Jefferson Park and UIC-Halsted during weekday rush hour in both directions until it returns to the train yard in Cicero, IL that's mainly used for Pink Line Trains.
The Blue Line Train operates 24/7 to/from O'Hare Airport in Chicago, IL, Downtown Chicago via Dearborn St Subway and Forest Park in Forest Park, IL

Apparently the 5000 series were way too heavy for the Blue Line tracks so they restricted the Blue line for 3200 and 2600 railcars.
