Hello po Galang’s family! Glad to see the other version of my fave sansrival. I made the first recipe you have it was so yummy my family and friends love it. So I will definitely try this new version looks yum seems not so rich than the first one. Also thanks for converting weight measurements to volume easy to follow, here in US it’s mostly being used! Kapampangan from vegas who loves to bake & cook for fam & friends! Your tamales recipe is also the best that I always make, fam & friends say ito lang ang iba sa ibang tamales natikman nila “manyaman” Cheers!

As mentioned in the video po, hanggang dry na talaga. The length of time will depend on the weather and environment. Air dry until the bread is crumbly.
