Bond means what? Say you completed PG and you're in a bond of 2yrs means you can't pursue your DM/Mch in those 2 yrs? So you're just sitting there like you ain't aging?

DNB radio ...if u want realtively good work life balance. Md paed ....only if are truly into paed ....else given the amount of work load...if u have no interest....then it's gonna be really hectic .

Esic has less exposure and superspeciality, Mysore govt medical College has high exposure and superspeciality. bond can be evaded in esic 10l, mmc govt i can't evade 1 yr bond. Pls help me choose my md medicine college
branch is for the rest of your life, college is just for 3 yrs. If you're financially stable go for your dream branch. As doctors we have a long way don't choose anything that you'll be regretting afterwards

Right from the beginning think how much you can study if you give maximum effort. This should be very practical. Don't go with too many books. Focus on concised books/ coaching material which you can complete and revise.

I have multiple discussions about it with many people. Almost everyone ends up saying - Bond is useless. The 3 y of residency like I said is just the beginning. The finesse and character and more training happens after residency- during DM/Senior Residency- for both - bond is a roadblock. One odd year is okay, 2-3 year like in UP/TN with their measly salary (esp in TN) is atrocious
