@@maytan1622aa.. Now I got you! Actually the Lebuh Carnarvon is connected from Jalan Dr Lim Chew Leong ((Prangin Mall) all the way to Chulia Street. The Tiger Ckt as you refer to is near Prangin Mall that side. And the 1st Runner Up winner CKT is located at another end of Lebuh Carnarvon which is connected to Chulia Street. And this end part of the Lebuh Carnarvon also call Carnarvon Food Street at night now! 😀
