- We took longer route from jodhpur and we enjoyed so much of local Rajasthani food on the way to Jaisalmer. It was a superb road trip form Jodhpur to Jaisalmer.
It was such a pleasant experience that we got opportunity to visit farm on our way and also enjoyed delicious kachori at Barmer.
This region of Barmer, Jaisalmer and some part of Bikaner comes under Malani region. We also got opportunity to explore Rajasthani Malani Thali at Barmer. This is part of Marwar region.

It was nice experience to stay in Dessert. Though cost of stay is high, There are 2 choices, either you can stay in dessert and feel it closely or you may want to stay in Jailmer and come to sam area which is about 1 hour distance in the evening. Do safari there on jeep or camel ride, enjoy cultural activity, have dinner and go back to Jaisalmer in the night.
I am from Jodhpur . Living in New York around 22 years . cant say anything , will start crying . missing old days .

मै दिसम्बर 18 मे सोलो बाईक राइड पूरा राजस्थान 3000 km करके आया हू मै अपने यहा कभी अपने यहा कभी कचोरी नहीं कहता लेकिन राजस्थान में एक दिन मैंने मजबूरी में खाई तो फिर लगातार 7 दिन तक में कभी दही कचोरी कभी कड़ी कचोरी खा तारा और 7/8 दिन तक प्याज की कचोरी पता नहीं किस-किस की कचोरी मुझे उन्होंने खिलाए एक दिन भी मेरा पेट खराब नहीं हुआ मैं उसी दिन से राजस्थान की कचोरी का मुरीद हो गया हूं धन्यवाद आप सब को भी राजस्थान की कचोरी भरी हुई कचोरी कचोरी को वह सजा कर प्लेट में 8 टुकड़े कर देते हैं चाकू से फिर खिलाते हैं बहुत स्वादिष्ट होती है पूरे राजस्थान की कचोरी बहुत स्वादिष्ट होती हैं

I really appreciate your efforts to show public the whole India.
I was in jaisalmer for two years. That time is was very small and the Indira Gandhi canal was under construction. No one was allowed to go to Tanaut except defence personnel. I went there and only a small temple was there with a BSF Batalian.
Now there is, a great change in that region.

I love this. Not many people can experience this. Village people are are so loving and inviting, specially the senior guy. You can see people who are traditional farmers are tall and fit, younger generation - not so coz machines came in.
Amazing. I used to live in Barmer from 2007 to 2011. Absolutely, the best period of my life. This video is so nostalgic for me. And close to my heart. I have been longing to the dallu ji ki kachori. By god, usse better aaj tk koi kachori nahi mili mujhe.

Very very impressed with the Jodhpur, Jaisalmer and Bikaner episodes. Seriously thinking of flying there next time I am in India. Any country to encourage tourism will paint a beautiful picture of its places, but video's like yours give a real reflection and makes one choose in the best possible ways. Very transparent.

In Kalyanpur hotel, Aashish's dance with camera while showing Moon ki fali was awesome. I have seen his dedication while shooting kerala episode. People usually dont appreciate the work of cameraman which is crucial in a food channel. He shoots every dish beautifully so that viewer gets a craving for it.

I am from Barmer (Balotra) living in Jodhpur so i keep traveling on these beautyful highways and clean roads... 😍... Main reason is that this area is less crowded.
