Yes here me to have same doubt about Rto rule to be on road in costmised bike
You can ride it as long as you don’t change the original chassis of the bike.
And this case the original chassis seems to remain intact so yeah you can ride this.

INCORRECT MODIFICATION!!!
To all the viewers who are willing to customize their bikes, pleas dont install fat front tyre, only rear tyres should be fat, thats when the bike looks good. If you install both front and rear tyres fat, it will definitely reduce the average and pickup. Please use little brain before customizing. I have personally installed 150 rear tyre and 120 front tyre.. My bike looks classy. Aage piche mothe tyre daal diya to scooty bhi tumse tez nikal jayegi, kya fayda itna modify karke.
