I will try and do one of those analyzation of TAS story telling
Round one: due to the initial shock is seeing his dead father, the hundred of metal statue being dead human, in early match, he is beaten up to low health. But after that, he muster up the will and gain the determination to fight against him
Round two: Rugal and Kyo both use their ability but Rugal overpowers powers him immensely as the “strongest” man alive
Round three: due to the whiplash in strength, Kyo is heavily injured in the beginning, but starts to fight with more focus, but both now have the same amount of skill, resulting in a double K.O
Round four: both become fully serious, matching strikes and skills, but in early match, it seems that Rugal has the full speed and strength advantage.... until Kyo fully unleash his flames, fully learn Rugal’s pattern and how he fights as a born fighting prodigy, Rugal became more and more desperate, throwing Kaiser Wave and Reppuken at him like throwing rocks at him, but SKILL beats BRAINLESS STRENGTH

@@RuhabDabeer, he only lost consciousness actually... he didn’t died, infact, only the Hakkeshu and technically Orochi (still need a host) can come back to life and even so. Only 2 of them can really come back as the literal representation of the life cycle, Mature (life) and Vice (Death) which... their personality kind of reflects that actually, _that’s pretty cool_
Lolwhat19, you’re dumb (or dense)... since the TAS takes place in 94, is Kyo VS Rugal, in Kyo perspective at the time, Saisyu is DEAD due to Rugal. I mean, what fucking fight result in the steel wall getting stained by said opponent’s blood all over the wall while having clothes completely, tattered and body fucked up with wounds and bleeding? That’s right, _Kyo VS Goenitz...._ and Iori VS Kyo I guess (they’re ironically quite a normal rivalry despite crowning the most platonic rival relationship by many people).... In combination with Rugal mocking Saisyu and laughing at his weakness and the metal statue part (which contains the rotting corpse of fighters), you know the rest....
Next time... please take in consideration in timeline or LOGICAL THINKING/GUESS like Jesus Christ, it’s not even that hard to do
