Its depend on seniority list of ur grad n post ..and vacant places...if there is post is vacant ..promotion will come early...
@@Mrmeenapura if some do not do ITI and selected in that post through group D according to his post preference then what. kindly let me know sir..
It's same process for all grade..no matter in which post n grade u appointed...
