- Invest 95L has been designated as Potential Tropical Cyclone #15, and it is forecast to strengthen into Tropical Storm Nadine within the next 24 hours. Its path will be westward, bringing heavy rains and tropical storm-force winds to areas in northern Belize, Quintana Roo, Yucatán, Campeche, Guatemala, Chiapas, Veracruz, and Tabasco.
