Sometimes, a car is worth more than just money.
It becomes a part of you / your life.
It becomes a part of the family.
And to rebuild cars for these people is truly a noble effort.
Good job, Car Throttle. :)
No mini deserves the scrap yard best cars ever. Sounds like he’s had a really tough time and cars are always more than just a mode of transport loved seeing this 👍
I had an 04 R50 with an auto and even with an automatic and only 115HP it was a riot to drive! They’re great fun!
2:10 that’s a heart talking .. when he mentioned his mom .. much respect for this dude .. thanks for helping him … he deserves
A fine project for an utterly worthy bloke, hope the recovery continues James, you're doing pretty damn good all things considered!
This was so wholesome. And wow, you did such a good job with that car! Makes me wanna own one. James - keep fighting the good fight my man. True soldier
Cheers to that! 🍻🥂🍻🥂
Gareth knows his shit! What a bloke!
100% agree!. And didn't break any bolts! 🤣👀
the definiton of a strong man! I tough my anxiety is bad...but my god, if this guy can stand everything what's was thrown to him, I can too!
Thank you CT, you made me cry. And for the owner, take care and everything's gonna be allright!
Thankyou Edwin ❤❤❤
I feel so sorry for this guy.. Going from being able to do anything to do nothing.. I hope he will overcome everything and have a great life.
20 seconds in and I've already 'liked' and I'm already commenting.
Whatever this episode holds - it's so nice seeing people working on the cars 'we' want to see and helping others. To often (now I've noticed) that of course a youtube gets wealthy - so then they get a better car - so then they're just showing us hyper car/super cars again - which is the same as everyone else.
Nothing is more unique than individuals and their rides - and your humour is awesome. So if you take your awesome abilities, everyone in the UK that's having a hard time with a rough/unique car - heck - you've got an endless series. (providing I guess that each video makes you more than the cost to fix someone's car :))
Love to have a beer with this guy, what a bloke. Been through the ringer but so sound and obvs a car guy too.
Keep it moving mate 💪 all stronger than we think
If your paying?! Cheers bro! 🍻
You guys are really nice for helping people like him. That is very humble and it takes a lot to me cry. You guys should do this every blue moon.
I’ll be honest and say I’d never heard of Gyeon before this but kudos for their support. I’ll definitely be checking out some of their products.
I have been using Gyeon products way before I seen this video and they are great! I am impressed by their quality
Beautifully done gents - you really saved this chap. Well done
16:45 I know that pain both s spokes and star bullet 17s weigh a ton
Great to see people helped out when they need it. Awesome job on the car. A bit more complicated than my original minis, you could swap out the engine on a Saturday. Mind you, you drove it Monday to Friday and repaired it Saturday and Sunday.
Loved the "this way up" sticker as a nod to his dad
Well spotted!!
Guys what you've done here is utterly fantastic. Our connection to a car and those memories with the ones we love are precious, and you've restored those and a car, top job guys, top job. Having been in a similar situation and not been able to save my car I absolutely loved that you were able to help someone else. I'm lucky enough to be able to have a Motability car now, but I really miss having a car that is truly my own. Another car saved, and a deserving chap made happy! Loved it!
This series is such a great idea! And the people they have chosen really deserve it. Well done boys!👏👌
Not just saving a subscribers car from the scrapyard... You've just saved a subscriber! Cracking work guys
Haved owned a mini with some of the same faults before, I can vouch that those fixes were NOT cheap to undertake.
This channel is awsome! love this new content!
Wow that was such an incredible story about the Mini, lot of respect for you finding this viewer and helping him out!
"I´m not crying, you are!" - spoken words by a happy man
So happy!
You boys are genuine gems of humans. James, head up and keep moving forward. Love your attitude.
Thankyou ❤
