Tilly's galley was the best ... large, modern, well laid out, and clean clean clean. Great to see her again! How awesome would it be if she was on Loon?
The galley is really the heart of any charter yacht, imo. So nice to see they all take pride in their environment. I wish I had even half the organizational skills these chefs have. And a big hello to Tilley.
I liked Tilly’s galley. The windows, the great rack system in the fridges, the pot filler, the amount of workspace, the blast chiller (would be so nice in the hot climates you visit) and of course the best part is Tilly!
Nice to see so many South Africans in the industry. Chances are they were trained at the Superyacht Academy at the Waterfront in Cape Town, which belongs to a school friend of mine.
Tilly’s Galley has become my new design for my commercial kitchen!!! 🎉 LOVE love loved all the set ups though. Guess kitchens are based on specialities but versatility is always key. LOVED Tilly’s rack fridges, now shopping for this!
What an absolutely awesome video! Again, I’m so happy you’re back on TH-cam and it was a blast seeing you and Tilly together. God bless and love from Colorado.
@@the_crewchefhii sister I wanna join a yatch as a cleaner actually I'm a cleaner and I'm seeking for a job please reply me 😭 I have a lot of work experience in this profession 😢
What a great video! I really enjoyed seeing you and Tilly back together again!! I think she should start her own channel so we can follow her adventures as she makes her way to Head Chef status!
This was a great video. I've got to say that Tilly's Galley was an absolute masterpiece. When you're able to help in the design of a ship, (well the set up) it just makes things a lot easier for you. You know where you'd like to store things for easy acquisition. Absolutely love your videos. The first video I ever watched was the Transatlantic to Florida, I was hooked after that. Thank you for sharing your journey with us.
SO excited to see you and Tilly together! I was just thinking about how good the two of you were as a team. I have to say, her galley had some awesome windows, plenty of space and some nice equipment. Thanks for taking us on the galley tours, Nina. You are a 5 star in my book
A question only aa chef would ask another chef, “what’s your favourite knife?”! I can never believe the small spaces yacht chefs work in, I loved the kitchen Tilly has!
Tilly’s galley is huge!!!! And the speed rack? Rack and roll? was super cool too. The plates almost looked like the color of ocean in the Caribbeans! So so beautiful! Love this multiple galley tour❤❤
No competition there at all. Nina and Tilley are number 1! Third galley was just so-so. They did somewhat redeem themselves with their spice containers. Big “hi” to Tilley.
Hi Tilly, great to see you again. The name for Shay’s galley could be “Chez Shay” although it would sound like a stutter! Thank Nina a great vlog, as a retired chef and ex Merchant navy cook, it was great to see these different workplaces 👍🏻👏🏻
The galley and the engine room are the 2 most interesting parts of a yacht, sod the rest of it. Thanks for the mooch around. I did my 1st Antigua Show in 1986 as a teen. It was great as I could walk home and have my uniformed washed and pressed by our maid, so much smarter looking than the rest of the crew.
English Harbor is the best! My mom grew up in Antigua and we were lucky enough to visit. A lot of people she grew up with were still around and I got to watch her talk memories with old friends. Very cool.
Being a retired government (state) employee I unfortunately can’t afford to charter a week on Loon or any other yacht, but if I could I would be happy to eat what the crew does, it all looks great. Love your channel.
Hi Tilly 👋 Nice to see You again. Your galley is soooo beautiful. It's nice to have big windows with all these picturesque views and a lot of day light ❤
Thanks for the tour Nina! Seeing Tilly reminds me how much we miss your dynamic together when the women rule the galley. Tilly, you need to start your own blog so we can keep up with you as well. Props to Shawnie though he still my party boy! Best galley not counting Loon is likely Tilly's. Love that it is a straight line!
So lovely to see you Tilly... it's true!! We ( Nina's subscribers from Revelry days) have missed you heaps. You girls were awesome together. God bless you all. Thanks Nina.. Love you loads too! Loving the Loon vids and TCC.. 🤩
I have to say that Tilly’s galley was outstanding. However all the chefs you interviewed were great. Such an amazing bunch of people who are all creating amazing food.
I liked Tilly's galley because it was spacious but they were all finished in stainless steel-which is a lot of work. I would like to see a galley in all white. I think windows are a necessity. But as usual that was fun. Thank you. I think your galley on Loon was spacious and looked like it accommodated two chef's easily at the same time.
Tilly's galley was the best but I gotta say that this way great content all the way around and great for everyone to show their gallies, thank you. They all had something great to offer.
Loved the tours. Thank you! As to my favourite, any with windows works for me! The last galley is brilliant as it’s on a main deck, thereby easier for service and keeping food hot.
So good to see you with Tilly again, both of you were a pleasure to watch. Really interesting video, getting to see galleys of other yachts and their chefs and sou chefs. Fun fun🇨🇦❤️
Chef Nina and her awesome Crew Chef Nation of peeps rocks! Always a treat to see these galleys where World class cuisines emerge from, and that continually amaze charter guests. Oh, and agree - Tilly's galley is unbelievable!
Loved Tilly’s galley and (not surprisingly) loved seeing Tilly and you in it. You two still make the best pair. If I ever win the lottery (remind me to buy tickets) I would pay to charter a boat and have the two of you cook for the week. Although I think I’d want a third chef so we could just hang out on the boat too! Love this episode Nina ❤
All things being equal, I would have to say I liked Tilly's the most. A true galley setup in the sense of the word. Love the spaciousness and the windows.
Great video as usual ! It’s funny the things you wouldn’t normally think about, but the crockery store was amazing ! Obviously, presentation to your clients is a big thing, and to see the variety in the store was amazing, and, some lovely plates !
Tilly's galley was the best ... large, modern, well laid out, and clean clean clean. Great to see her again! How awesome would it be if she was on Loon?
I like the windows...
Yes, I agree 100% and sounds like she helped to design it that way so that's a big win.
This is the galleeeeeey
It was gorgeous and so functional. I never thought that even a super yacht would have such a massive galley.
Ok Tilly's galley is bigger than most New York apartments ❤😂
Any video with Tilly is even more of an auto watch
And auto like! 😀
You got that rite,she’s awesome...
Tilly's galley was next level. So much room for activities.
Great to see Tilly thriving! I was just remembering how great you are together and am thrilled to see this. Such good chemistry!
Tilly's galley is AMAZING!
The galley is really the heart of any charter yacht, imo. So nice to see they all take pride in their environment. I wish I had even half the organizational skills these chefs have.
And a big hello to Tilley.
Thank you Nina! It was very nice to see Tilley again. The opportunity to compare and contrast galleys from three different M/Ys was a rare treat.
I liked Tilly’s galley. The windows, the great rack system in the fridges, the pot filler, the amount of workspace, the blast chiller (would be so nice in the hot climates you visit) and of course the best part is Tilly!
YAY for Tilly !!!!!!!!!!! I like Shawnie, but I REALLY miss the 'Nina & Tilly show'.
TOTALLY AGREE whatever you can do to GAIN TILLY You must try and seeing LOON is so conscious of social media views I bet it’s in pipeline!!!!
That first galley was insane! Every galley should have windows like that. Be good for your staff.
Tilly is a gem.
great to see Tilly again . Great to see the inside workings of many different professional galleys. Love it !
So awesome hearing so many South African accents, and seeing Tilly ❤
What an absolutely awesome video! Again, I’m so happy you’re back on TH-cam and it was a blast seeing you and Tilly together. God bless and love from Colorado.
Thank you :)
Good to see Tilly again. Her galley was pretty sweet.
You need to have a life size picture of Tilly in your galley for the next time Shawnie comes in late and get Blair to film it.
I'm gonna take note of this.... good idea
Just Luuuuuv your reply now that will be must watch episode 😅😅😅😅
Mwhahahhahaha 😈😈😈

Wow those bowls on the last ship look amazing.
They were just stunning! I was very envious
What a great video! I really enjoyed seeing you and Tilly back together again!! I think she should start her own channel so we can follow her adventures as she makes her way to Head Chef status!
It's just so great to see Tilly again, my life just hasn't been the same while she has been missing from it. 😍
So good to see Tilly again.
Great to see Tilly again.
Great to see Tilly is doing well.

A question only a yacht chef would ask another yacht chef - "What is your favourite dry store cupboard?" 😂
SO excited to see you and Tilly together! I was just thinking about how good the two of you were as a team. I have to say, her galley had some awesome windows, plenty of space and some nice equipment. Thanks for taking us on the galley tours, Nina. You are a 5 star in my book

Yep, its a 'thing' haha
Tell people what those last three Japanese knives are worth and they'd have a stoke.@@the_crewchef
Loved meeting the other chefs 👨🍳 👩🍳 the accents... Tilly gully is by far the best.... loved seeing you both back together ❤️
One of the things I love the most of this Channel... Always Beautiful, Smiley, Cool People ❤❤❤
Tilly!!! So good to see Tilly. Her galley was fabulous. So fancy.
An awesome build Tilly.
Love those girls when they are together.
Loved that you went and seen Tilly, she is fun.
I liked Tilly's galley but of course the Loon would have to be my pick.
Hi Tilly
Love the tours. Tilly has an amazing galley to work in.
the Ruan & Robin bromance is my fave
Hi Tilly, great to see you again.
The name for Shay’s galley could be “Chez Shay” although it would sound like a stutter!
Thank Nina a great vlog, as a retired chef and ex Merchant navy cook, it was great to see these different workplaces 👍🏻👏🏻
Haha, I love this take, Chez Shay should be his restaurant name!
@@the_crewchef So what was the name of the amazing juicier that Ruwan pointed out in his kitchen???Thanks so much. Love the tour.
I miss Tilly, she's such fun!

Windows are a must. They prevent the cave or trapped in feeling, no matter the occupation. Great video. Thanks
Tilly still looking hotter than a volcano spewing lava. :)
Great upload as usual Nina.
The last one - seems like the most sophisticated food, and the safest to work in a seaway.
Toujours souriante et tellement gentille avec tout le monde. Ne changez rien. Vous êtes extra !!! Votre bonne humeur est communicative.
Thanks for the tours. I have to agree that Tilly's was the best. (Hi Tilly!)
Thank you sweetheart for all positivity and warmth you share with us🤗
All seasons are beautiful for the person who carries happiness within.
Thanks for the tour Nina! Seeing Tilly reminds me how much we miss your dynamic together when the women rule the galley. Tilly, you need to start your own blog so we can keep up with you as well. Nice one, Nina. Good to see Tilly living the dream too.
Nice to see Tilly again, I wish the tours spent more time on galley and crew accommodations.
Happy New year with love joy and happiness 🎉
Would have to say Tilly looks the best to me the layout and space are so open and clean very nice must be fun cooking there.
So lovely to see you Tilly... it's true!! We ( Nina's subscribers from Revelry days) have missed you heaps. You girls were awesome together. God bless you all. Thanks Nina.. Love you loads too! Loving the Loon vids and TCC.. 🤩
Nina... what you do is so REAL. What some of us do is so ethereal.
Tilly has come on so much. Nice to see you both together again.
Love Tilly's gallery so awesome it was nice to see Tilly
What a great idea and video!
Thanks for showing us all the galleys!
I have to say that Tilly’s galley was outstanding. However all the chefs you interviewed were great. Such an amazing bunch of people who are all creating amazing food.
It was great seeing Tilly again! I love her long galley with windows, definitely the best!
First galley was the coolest; so much room and light!
Nice series, have fun you all.

Great tours! Hi Tilly!! Have fun at the yacht show! Thumbs up!! Jim in Phoenix.
It was nice seeing Tilly again I hope one day you and Tilly will do collab in the near future.🥰👍
Tilly!!!!!! Great to have her back on the channel and to see what she's up to now.
Tilly's galley was the best but I gotta say that this way great content all the way around and great for everyone to show their gallies, thank you. They all had something great to offer.
Have to give my vote to Tilly's galley as well, and it was so awesome to see her again. Thanks Nina!
Nice to see Tilly, i was wondering what she was doing these days, Glad to see her being successful. You made a nice team together.
Very cool …great stuff … thank you
Loved the tours. Thank you! As to my favourite, any with windows works for me! The last galley is brilliant as it’s on a main deck, thereby easier for service and keeping food hot.
Good to see you Tilley. Thought your galley was the most impressive - lots of room & windows!
Well it's about time you two! Fantastic to see the twins together again.
Great video, love to see little peeks inside like this!
I liked Tilly's the best. But Robin and Luan had a great one as well. Fun, enlightening video. HI Tilly
So good to see you with Tilly again, both of you were a pleasure to watch. Really interesting video, getting to see galleys of other yachts and their chefs and sou chefs. Fun fun🇨🇦❤️
Love that you showed other galleys and chefs. Big hello to Tilly!

Very interesting to see! Love seeing that a galley also can have windows.
Brings me joy to see you two back together even for a moment!
The last galley is my choice. It's all crammed into a small footprint. Not much pacing going on.
All that stainless is the bomb. 💥
Sleek and professional right!
It's great to see Tilly again, and obviously, her galley totally rocks!
All the great performers I have worked with are fuelled by a personal dream.
All were cool in their own way. It was even cooler to meet the chefs. What an amazing community!
Tilly’s was the best added to the natural light is an absolute godsend
I'm new to the channel, but love it so far. As a knife enthusiast, love that you asked them to show their favorite knives. Have you shown yours, yet?
I haven't yet - that's a good idea for the next video!
There are many things that I enjoy , but few can compare to you & Tilly together ! She’s an awesome kitchen !
Love all the windows in the other boats! Also might be reorganizing my own spices into square containers…
I love a galley/kitchen tour, whether on a boat, in a restaurant, catering kitchen or a home kitchen. It's all interesting to me.
Ruan and Robbie , I loved their working space and energy🎉🎉Ruans knives, spices, juicer...
While Luan's :-) galley looks cramped, there is no wasted space, and you don't have to walk a mile for meal prep. I like it.
All things being equal, I would have to say I liked Tilly's the most. A true galley setup in the sense of the word. Love the spaciousness and the windows.
Hi Tilly! Her galley is the absolute best. Love those windows, perfect for inspiration
Another great video Nina! Hope that you didn’t get too envious of Tilly’s Galley. Looking forward to the next one 🛥️🥂
So cool! I’d love to cook in one for a weekend to see what it’s like ❤😊
Great video as usual ! It’s funny the things you wouldn’t normally think about, but the crockery store was amazing ! Obviously, presentation to your clients is a big thing, and to see the variety in the store was amazing, and, some lovely plates !
