What a blast from the past. I feel like a kid again. I use to dance to this and all Pokemon songs back then. Pokemon and the 90’s, you gotta love them.
I really like this performance. Is it necessarily sophisticated and amazing? No, but it's entertaining, charming, and man these 2 groups have so much energy. Also, they sound great live.
The bands Youngstown and Nobody`s Angel did an awesome job performing this song We All Live In A PokeMon World from PokeMon the Movie 2000:The Power Of One. its such an awesome song
I wish we actually did live in a pokemon world then the people who sung that would have loved to sing it cause you really tell that they didn't want to embarrass themselves....I really really want to live in a pokemon world
You're just listening to the wrong kind of music. And are you kidding me? Ever listened to 90s eurodance music? I don't know where you're from, but that was a pretty big deal when I was a kid and let's be real, no talent in music was required whatsoever.
Umm well true. It just depends. But even if an artist wasn't exactly talented in the vocal department the music still was better in the sense that it wasn't about filth and trash like it is today. Today not only can ppl not sing but they makeup for it by trashing themselves to the limit as much as possible so in that way all the way around however you look at it music was better back then. EVeN if one couldn't sing ppl use to have fun with music and do it from the heart. I was a big fan and am still a big fan of 90's eurodance because it simply made me feel good and happy
Heck yeah! I'm 21 and still like Pokemon! Who cares! I grew up watching Pokemon ever since I was 8 and people who think that the new generation sucks, you are wrong! Time goes by so fast and you should just accept that!
i definitely agree that the blond haired guy reminds me of vermillion cities gym leader lieutenant surge. all thats missing is the raichu he had in the pokemon anime episode electric shock showdown. lol
This should have been what the 25th Anniversary concert should have been more like. Either that or a fully realized version of the concert Ryuki, Roxie and Piers performed in Masters EX.
Pretty awesome i am 23 years old and since i was a child i truly love pokemon and still do. I never knew about this video until i went searching random videos. Pokemon has made hundreds of shows since the mid 1990s. Pretty awesome i remembered getting the first game version of Pokemon for Game boy pocket. Thank you so much for these beautiful memories. I am looking forward watching the beginning again when ash received his first Pikachu. ♥ Ohh the sweet sweet memories ♥ Thanks ♥
Lol wow. Good times. And why does sammy look like he's wearing eyeliner. So cute because Ali from "nobodya angel" and Dallas from "Youngstown" ended up getting married and they truly are the epitome of soul mates. Would love to have with someone what they have. Its truly enjoyable to watch them. Friends with them on facebook for a few years now and they are very refreshing.
OMG This is AMAZING!! Dude, I almost teared up though, I NEVER got to see ANYTHING like this when I was little. Feels bad. Now I'm even more into Pokemon than I was back then and this is just AMAZING.
I hadn't heard of this version of the song before, but it's just as good as the original. In fact, I hadn't even known or understood that the movies had their own unique versions of some of the openings until I heard the movie version of the first opening and that was a blast to hear
This is a huge part of my childhood. lol I remember I used to watch this video obsessively, along with the Dream street song "They Don't Understand" lol. haha memories
I have that Pikachu backpack the girl in the turquoise shirt is wearing! Now is decorating my bookcase, it just became a simple plush because the straps ended absolutely destroyed and I had to cut them off. Nostalgia.
It was HUGE during generations 1 & 2. Pokemon is still one of the most successful franchises in the world, but the hype has gone WAY down in the past 5 or so years.
@KuromiCupcake Yes. That high pitched. Like I said, go to a concert. I don't mean a youtube video either. Go to an actual concert. The women are higher pitched than any kid I heard in this video.
@lilendure8 Yes, this is a special feature on the Pokemon 2000 DVD. :) It also aired on KidsWB, around the same time that Pokemon The Movie 2000 came to theaters. And I actually remember seeing this on TV.
dude, if i lived in america and had the chance to see these guys sing on stage and to meet them i would so be there singing right along with theme no matter how old i was at the time and come on, its pokemon, how can you go wrong with pokemon, its one of the few childhood memories where you cant go wrong with
Yeah pretty much and poke craz for the games ended that year ( go don't care it's bad also suprising that anything in the title with go in it sucks teen Tina's go Pokemon go sun and moon anime go oh wait)
When a Pokemon concert is Better than the 2015 VMA's ...
you made my day xD
True shit
Joseph Grosso W
Just coming back to this to ask if you seen the latest Pokemon concert.
Oh the 90's, the time of good clothes, good people, good music, and a good Ash
Was actually the year 2000, but close enough
Ash it lit as fuck now
DarthScorpio11 2000 is so similar to 97-99 tbh
Mr Puddin Pop
97-02 was millennium culture. Not pure 90s, not pure 00s
DarthScorpio11 right
The most 90's thing you ever gonna see today ...
I know it's from 2000, but come on, the 90's were there until 2002.
No,lol. The 90's ended in 2001.
@@dinalvasilvasilva7926 he means that culturally
The 90s where from 91 til '00
I want to go back in time and see this again
Why is this still a fucking banger 20 years later
IKR?!?! I've only heard this song as an adult, not as a kid but man, the energy that these 2 groups put into a POKÉMON SONG? Damn, it's great
What a blast from the past. I feel like a kid again. I use to dance to this and all Pokemon songs back then. Pokemon and the 90’s, you gotta love them.
When I saw the blonde guy, I was like "LT. SURGE?!
Rotfl
Lol bye
I was thinking the exact same thing!
Homie13 OMG ITS LAXUS!! XD
😂
I really like this performance. Is it necessarily sophisticated and amazing? No, but it's entertaining, charming, and man these 2 groups have so much energy. Also, they sound great live.
This feels so 90s
Technically this 2000. But 2000 was still basically late 90s culture, since the year. 9/11 ended the 90s.
GameDestroyerXYZ wow, that was dark...
GameDestroyerXYZ Sad but true. I remember getting this movie for Christmas. My brother and I loved it.
khfan4life365 sady i first watched Pokemon 2000 in 2007 on TH-cam.
GameDestroyerXYZ i feel the 90s feel lasted until 2006
I wanna take a time machine back to the 90s and early 2000s. Too many fuckin weirdos nowadays.
I'm born in 2006 I wish to experience things like this
Lucky I was born in 1988 ☺️!
They're amazing and talented
Finally...WE DO LIVE IN A POKEMON WORLD!!!!
The bands Youngstown and Nobody`s Angel did an awesome job performing this song We All Live In A PokeMon World from PokeMon the Movie 2000:The Power Of One. its such an awesome song
this is why I am proud to be part of that generation of Pokefans. Back when Pokémon was good.
ShinyNerd Amen brother!
And it´s still good.
What about the XY generation? You didn't like it?
It may be different but it’s still good even to this day
Pokémon was THE thing, in the late 90's/early 2000's.
I wish we actually did live in a pokemon world then the people who sung that would have loved to sing it cause you really tell that they didn't want to embarrass themselves....I really really want to live in a pokemon world
This was part of a mixtape I used to obsess over. Damn the nostalgia
I miss those 90s carefree days...
So Carefree. look at those cloths and hair. lmao
This was in 2000
Back when people actually sang actually danced and actually put on a show. Fantastic then still fantastic now!
Better than the Super Bowl halftime show in 2023
IM SO GLAD THIS IS STILL ON TH-cam
I have the dvd and when I was a a little girl I watched the special features over and over lol
Adri C me too 😍🙈
Adri C it was fcking awsome time

That would be me as a kid
🤣
I just found my old cd to this movie and I had to find this, omg it brings back so many memories. I WANNA BE A KID AGAIN!!!! D:
When people could actually sing..
Yes!!! Before autotune over no talent
angelofmercy21 Beautifully said!
You're just listening to the wrong kind of music.

Youngstown sings this song the best ever. Way to go, Youngstown!
Heck yeah! I'm 21 and still like Pokemon! Who cares! I grew up watching Pokemon ever since I was 8 and people who think that the new generation sucks, you are wrong! Time goes by so fast and you should just accept that!
I wish I could travel back in time and see this concert.
Hope the future has been good to you
i definitely agree that the blond haired guy reminds me of vermillion cities gym leader lieutenant surge. all thats missing is the raichu he had in the pokemon anime episode electric shock showdown. lol
Wow I feel so old. I remember having this performance on the Pokémon 2000 dvd or vcr tape or something

Haha im crying too, reminds me of being back in 2000 being 7 years old and completely infatuates with pokemon.i wish i could go back man
This should have been what the 25th Anniversary concert should have been more like. Either that or a fully realized version of the concert Ryuki, Roxie and Piers performed in Masters EX.

I imagine this performance being in the 2000 Pokemon World Championships in Australia

Happy 20th anniversary to Pokemon: the Movie 2000!!!! I can’t believe it’s been that long since July 21st, 2000....

Wewt! Pokemon FTW!
@lilendure8 Yes, this is a special feature on the Pokemon 2000 DVD. :) It also aired on KidsWB, around the same time that Pokemon The Movie 2000 came to theaters. And I actually remember seeing this on TV.
