New York is Gotham City, rain and snow is what makes it more interesting. Although I have to say, I deeply enjoy New York during summertime, that’s when I usually try to go. New York during winter and summer is two complete different cities.

@@clasics1211 It’s more vibrant. You’ll see more people in the streets, it can get a bit humid. There are usually events all over the city. You’ll have free concerts in different parks like Bryant Park, Central Park, and other. You’ll see more people playing music in the streets, you’ll see more people walking at night, jogging in parks, and definitely more tourists. NYC is two different type of movies during winter and summer. Haven’t been there since before Covid so I’m not entirely sure how are things right now although I’m going back in August! Enjoy the city. Visit the landmarks, and take advantage of everything the city offers!
Having grown up in Greenwich Village, not far from here, this is the NYC I remember
New York is a tough, gritty city.

Rain is rain! It doesn’t matter where it rains, in Calcutta or New York and even in Africa it’s still the same rain. When your dream will come true the only thing you will feel is the need for money cuz ny is expensive city to feel the rain

I can not wait for the day I go back to this amazing city. I know people must think it’s a huge cliche to say how much they love New York but there’s a reason so many people do. I’m not sure why New York in the rain is so special but I love it. I could watch this on the tv, early in the morning, with a coffee and some jazz playing and I’d be a happy man aha. Not as happy as if I was there though.
