I was riding high off the VOA and immediately went to TOC to try my luck, and got stomped. I have to figure out good positioning, and not panic... I tried two pulls and stopped, I didn't wana ruin my day lol. It's next up on my list though =-D that or OS//some naxx
Hey Thanks! So I've made a version of cast sequence macros, for each class. Then I matched them all to one//two, with the button I press (1/2) depending on if I have a Lunar(1)//Solar(2) boomy proc. This is for my DK tank: The Tanks, 1/2 are the same. #showtooltip /castsequence reset=6 Icy Touch, Plague Strike, Pestilence, Icy Touch, Death Strike, Death Strike /startattack Spriest: /tar focus /tar targettarget #showtooltip /castsequence [nochanneling] reset=3 mind blast, mind flay, mind flay, mind flay, mind flay, mind flay For Spriest: #Showtooltip /tar focus /tar targettarget /cast Shadow Word: Pain Then macros for Devouring Plague, SW:Death, VT, just like the SW:pain macro. For these fights they're pre-positioned, but a heroic, they're following the tank, I run up, stop follow (backwards is G for slaves). Spriest channeling breaks follow, so I have to spam follow (f) when I need them to move. Then heals, 1 is a macro to heal focus (tank). 2, is a chain heal I try to set to my highest dps, in case they pull agro >.< Earth shield is a macro to target tank Boomies are very easy, the tank is always my focus, one macro for moonfire //insect swarm, one macro for SF//Wrath /tar focus /tar targettarget /cast Starfire Example pull as a DK: Run up, (f1 unbound to dps), Death and Decay+totems,. 3, icy touch and SWP//Moonfire//Chainheal,. 4, Plague Touch, Vampiric Touch, Insect Swarm, Chainheal,. 5, Pestilience, Faerie Fire, Devouring Plague, Chainheal,. Then spam 2, which repeats the whole icy touch//PS//Pestilence in a one button Macro, the mind blast/mind flay, macro on spriest, and I start with Wrath spam, till I get Lunar, which is 2,. Then swap to spamming 1 when I get it, which is the same macro for mindflay on spirest, and tanks, but it casts Starfire vs Wrath. Q is starfall so I dont press it on accident, blust and my special spells, are mostly click based, I do have a lot of buffs and like, Typhoon, Warstomp, staggered and Key bound to my Insert//del//Numpad, all the weird buttons. I'd like two keyboards if it wouldn't be too weird to solo bound each to one window of wow lol... I'll make a video going more in depth, Once I get moved. I just got a lot going on right now... have you tried toc? its pretty neat for lowbie runs. the only hard part would be positioning before pull
