X6 would be a perfect introduction for Axl. It's better off without Zero while X masters both buster and saber making him the new SA class hunter and Axl being the new B class hunter
Kudos for doing this as Naked X, and on Xtreme mode! Must have taken a lot of time to perfect this run, the Saber as X is a great tool but also kind of sluggish to use because of how slow the swing is, so I have nothing but respect for this.

I'm amazed someone went through the effort of doing this,the only thing is that if you wanted to do the true saber only run,you should've grabbed the shadow armor,cuz that can go through High max without needing any weapon

if i remember correctly you could do it saber only with blade armor charge blade and phoenix blade but that would take quite a while to get the blade armor.
Cupshadow Actually no. You can’t. At least not without armor. As normal X you can’t pass leap of faith without speedster and hyperdash. Only Blade Armor and Ultimate Armor can get you pass that.
@@Shadowrulzalways well unless you restict yourself without using special weapons then yes, it's impossible. But if you don't, you can use ground dash and magma blade to pass the leap of faith.

It's easier if you don't fight enemies which is stupid. And losing your momentum when you dash off a platform is absolutely a retarded thing. They had it in the SNES games. Yeah I don't get why X6 controls worse than the previous 2. Tested it myself.
X6 fixed several control issues from X4-X5, like fixing X5's crouchdashing (if you dash out of a crouch in X5, the first frame will be an idle stand, which can get you hurt in many situations and would have been devastating in X6) and instead making crouchdashing a proper mechanic where doing it allows you to get to max speed on the ground if you do it right. The reason why X6 doesn't have SNES dashing is because it was designed with an entirely different dash in mind and SNES dashing has a ton of it's own issues (like causing a ton of inconsistentcy in air movement in some cases or just outright not activating in certain situations due to programming issues).

Xtreme doesn't automatically set Nightmare Mother and High Max to Level 4, what are you even talking about? Level 4 is forced on refight bosses and that happens regardless of difficulty mode chosen.

If it weren’t for the Zero series letting Zero die and having X learn to truly fill his shoes and train Axl would’ve been a great character arc.
