-Nippon Kendo Kata demonstration by Yukari Kouno (R6d, uchidachi) and Mayumi Katsura (R6d, shidachi) (1:32) pupils of the late Inoue Yoshihiko sensei (H8d) (3:12)
-Dr. Alex Bennet sensei (K7d). Fundamental figure in the international Kendo and Naginata scene, author of various Kendo and Budo related books, editor of Kendo World magazine (1:46)
-Uki Terukuni sensei (2:02), Shihan of the Ichi-ken-kai Haga-ha Kendojo, school of Junichi Haga, genious swordsman of the Showa period. Post-war banned techniques such as Ashi-barai (feet swiping) and Kumi-uchi (grappling), as well as the rare Katate-yoko-men (single handed side men) are still conserved and practiced in this unique Dojo inside the Nippon Budokan.

The difference between this style and Wu Dan is the difference between hard and soft styles. both are effective but I believe water eventually wears down the stone. in a real fight though it always comes down to the ability of the student to express their art and science.
