He's stepping over the bar and doing Lateral while you're hopping and doing bar facing. Don't sell yourself short. 2 completely different style reps.
True, I did try to shake it up & go lateral but my body couldn’t compute that during the workout. It something I need to work on! I will say he is fast though, even without the step over
