1. egg yoke is absolutely healthy, increases good cholesterol, good source of omega3 too.. still it is fat, so u should not have more than 1 for a meal, if u are in weight loss program 2. that chicken u ate in lunch seems spicy.. spices are also good for health but it harms if u are not intake carbs.. cause spice(mashala) increases digestive fire in our stomach and carbs balance it 3. at dinner u should have less protein, cause protein takes time to get digest and that urja(power/energy) need to be channelized through work, at night that would not possible note: excessive protein causes kidney issues, case of a long wrong practice
5 eggs+ butter (800 cal), chicken total(800 to 1000 cal), snacks, sauces, veg and dosa (100-200 cal). Total 2000- 2200 cal approx. That’s a lot of calories consumed per day to lose significant weight compared to her height ie (5/5.1 ft). Don’t follow her diet.

If you eat less fat and consume more protein besides working out, you will loose weight. I go to gym and have a regular diet of my own. Also frying chicken and eggs in butter is far better than frying them in oil as oil is unhealthy for body. Also the trainer themselves advice to have 2whole eggs and 4 - 5 egg whites regularly. Just some basic knowledge for the unpadh gawars and for the people who genuinely don't know about diets.
