Unleaded petrol 95 in UK costs more than Unleaded petrol 98, on other hand in Malaysia Unleaded petrol 95 is cheaper (Rm2.05 per litre) than Unleaded petrol 98. That's too expensive to us in Malaysia. 2. Edinburgh is in Scotland, as you always mentioned England..... More than 50% Scottish hates English in fact some are seeking independence from UK. 3. You gotta wear wind breaker, waterproof boots and umbrella all the time, the weather up there is pretty unpredictable misty in morning, sunny in the afternoon wet in the evening or sunny in the morning...... You will definitely miss Malaysia's sunshine, foods and Teh Tarik! 4. Currently UK is facing 4th Covid-19 wave, yesterday's there were more than 180,000 covid cases and France (just across the straits) registered 200,000 covid cases. Purely based on exchange rates is conventional but comparing it with Purchase Price Parity or Big Mac Index are more accurately reflect cost of living in each different countries. Big Mac in UK is around USD 4 but in Malaysia's Big Mac is just around USD 2...... Cost of livings in Scotland and especially in Europe is more expensive than Malaysia.
