Anna Maria island in Florida is a great place to start a practice. There is almost no competition and a bunch of retirees that can afford dental treatment. Also the cost of the houses go hand in hand with the income of the people who lives there! Try I out!!
Hello Dr. I really enjoyed your video. I am presently looking for a practice to purchase. Do we only rely on brokers to find listing? What other sources do we use to have access to dental practice that want sell.

The best sources are brokers for the listing, but realize that there are many out there and that you can have different brokers help you look at the same time.In addition, you should look at www.dentaltrader.com there are practices listed there for sale by owner outside of a traditional broker. Finally, also check out www.dentaltown.com - they have practices listed on there as well :-)The benefit with going with a broker is that many times they provide a much more organized structure for the seller to have to conform to which in turn means that you will get more organization(paperwork, P/L, and bank statements) out of the practices you may be evaluating.
