Hey Regis, long time viewer here. I just want to say that this extra flare you added to your videos, mainly in the intro, is simply amazing. And improving your videos while managing to be a new dad, that's really impressive. Keep up the great work! Congrats!
I love his intros where he talks about the decks. I actually really dislike the intros where he just shows the coolest play in the entire video at second 1. It's always less fun out of context and then when you get to it in the video it's meh because you already have seen it and it's not a surprise anymore. It's like someone spoiling the plot twist of a book the second you start reading it. I always have to scramble to pause when I see gameplay right from the start so I can try to skip it...
This deck is so fun as long as you keep up with your hand size. My first game I burned so many key cards but it was definitely a learning experience. I hadn't put too much thought into your left to right hand positioning for the fizzle but that's going to be really helpful going forward
No kidding. I feel like they could knock 2 mana off of a lot of legendaries and make them fun things to generate even if they're still too weak to play in the main deck.
The battlecry can be cast several times (with the help of the maedusa for example). If you play Jotun twice, then the spell will proc twice when you draw it
This comment woke some thoughts and feelings. My two first legendaries are Thalnos and Nat. Both are 2 cost card draws. One was better, the other has barely been used.
That title had me re-read a couple of times... I thought, WTF, you're saying Jotun is bad? Not only bad, but the worst card in the game? I've done some amazing stuff with it - WHAT?! lol
A wild deck with pure spell Demon hunter cards plus the relic cards with only minutos as Jace, Jotun and the relic 8 cost minion that would be well.. wild.
I still think Moontree would be great if targeted your opponent's draws instead. An excellent combo disruption tool, but with enough risk to keep in balanced. The only other balance I could think of, albeit a more boring one, would be to make its stats a bit higher to make it less useless once those key spells are already used or in hand.
i know it doesn't matter at all in the context of the last game but it still hurt to see him pick dispose evidence over relic of phantasms on the nagaling 😔
@@madammimsman870 Oh no worries, I say "I think" because I'm not actually sure it made it into the final cut, might have said that in games that didn't make it in.

I didn't mean to go too far if I said something too insulting I am very sorry, I just tried to give engagement with your content, your users, sometimes I like talking a bit of smack does that need banning for real? I love the extra love you're giving to HS these days

Regis, I cared about Jotun being green! 😢
I did too

Jotun casting a copy is so much better as well.
Sometimes I wish that some of these old legendaries would get little buffs so when I generate them in Wild I would be a little less disappointed.
No kidding. I feel like they could knock 2 mana off of a lot of legendaries and make them fun things to generate even if they're still too weak to play in the main deck.
Legit, I think every legendary could be buffed when going to Wild, save a few.
Regis I love your new intros, its like a story about the deck against just a rote explanation about what the deck does if that makes sense.
what about the Shuffe back into deck mechanics from the Castle Nathria set that they got to help recycle those cards for Jotun?
the green tint in the wow screenshot is most because of the region slight blue tint, he is actually pretty gray
Question: If you pull a plague with Jotun active, will it cast twice?
It will if only there is no other spell(s) drawn. Jotun will prioritize non-plague spells even when the first card drawn is a plague.
@@colinpham5026 so the plague will go off once and then the DH spell twice?
The battlecry can be cast several times (with the help of the maedusa for example). If you play Jotun twice, then the spell will proc twice when you draw it
not playing this with scythe has to be the most troll move possible
Man, i was so stoked for Sheldras when he was announced. At least they built on it
Him being in this deck made me think but like, has a Legendary minion ever been as consistently playable as Thalnos?
This comment woke some thoughts and feelings.
My two first legendaries are Thalnos and Nat. Both are 2 cost card draws. One was better, the other has barely been used.
any xhilag and felerin replacement?
0:14 wait didnt dr. boom scheme win a players a tournament or zomething?
Is Fizzle core to this deck or is it fine to replace? no dust sadge
I wanted Jotun to be so good but it feels like a win more card
You can't believe my dissapointment when I opened a golden legendary, and it was Sheldras
That title had me re-read a couple of times... I thought, WTF, you're saying Jotun is bad? Not only bad, but the worst card in the game? I've done some amazing stuff with it - WHAT?! lol
The only problem with jotun is I’m pretty sure he casts stuff like plagues and anything like that twice which is unfortunate
Well discounting a card by 3 tends to make them better lol
A wild deck with pure spell Demon hunter cards plus the relic cards with only minutos as Jace, Jotun and the relic 8 cost minion that would be well.. wild.
How many Argus the Emerald Star can be in a deck?
Why would you not have runic adornment?
*I* don't have anything. This is the highest winrate list.
The video intros have been 🔥 lately, loving the HS content again

To be fair, they design Sheldras to born death. Put the stats and mana cost of Jotun and i can bet that Sheldras will be played
you'd have to give it the at enemies qualifier probably too
I need to ask, do plagues count as spells ? will Jotun cast the plague on your enemy or will the plague just hit u no matter what ?
"No one cares about this conversation..." Entirely untrue. I love when streamers point out small details like the greenness of decks/Jotun.
put this in a no minion DH and about 75% of the time I could play Jotun on 5, so much value
I love the addition of little baby Regina in that artwork! Bravo 😆
Can anyone confirm if this deck is worth running without argus? I could justify crafting one leg, but not two
im running a version fo this deck without fizzle or argus but havnt playe dmuch with it currently at plat 5
@@peaknuisance9 what did you sub? I'm also missing fizzle
@@blevidorfman I'm not using this exact deck I use soulscythe with Jotun, wrathscle Naga and artificer
I nominate another Druid legendary as the worst card ever, Duskfallen Aviana - text should read 'give your opponent 10 free mana'.
i know it doesn't matter at all in the context of the last game but it still hurt to see him pick dispose evidence over relic of phantasms on the nagaling 😔
Don't worry Regis, I cared about the Joton color ramble too
Does anybody know Jo?
i would put finley in this to get the spells back in deck :) Probably isnt going to improve the deck, but make it way more fun
Yes I agree, I mentioned this a couple times in the video I think.
@@RegisKillbin ah... only had time to watch the first game yet

@@RegisKillbin you did indeed mention Sir Finley. At the start of the game against priest when you drew phantasm
That Fizzle lethal. Brutal.
You can put bibliomite in this deck and shuffle a spell in your deck to recast
Hand size is only an issue if you have cards in hand

That's why blizzard hates druid they give us B's then say deal with it but give other classes good shit that make since
I made a fun all spells demon hunter deck that includes jotun. It’s played quite well so far.
This is pretty fun but gets dunked on by Warlock and Priest too much for my taste.
Well, this has a 63% winrate against Priest. Actually pretty favored.
Warlock, not so good. Only 42% against Thadlock. That's about 6% of your games.
@@RegisKillbin Ah really? Surprised about that since I got flooded by Automatons in my matches. I'll check your build again Thanks.
So far jotun has pretty much only hit my draw cards, so insane is maybe not right, but he's quite good when he doesn't
Commenting for the intro alone. Great stuff!
You made it, they just print to sell bundles
Put Sir Finley, Sea Guide in this deck!
Who's Joe?
runic adornment also nice inclusion in this deck

I drew a golden Jotun, hopefully some tasty nerfs incoming for me!
i pronounce it joe-tun too
If they were on the same level Jotun would be a 2/2
Now just imagine if warrior had this kind of card. Now that would be extraordinary
i love the hearthstone content… i wanna see some successful duels run!!
I been playing this deck, well similar and is beautiful to play. Amazing legendary, love it
40 card dk, It could be anything 🤪
Isnt this guy just a random dude walking the path of the titans in wow
